Peter Hirt linear ball bearings adapted to be play-free. The components of linear ball bearings, including shaft, ball cage and housing, are individually lapped and honed together in matched sets for each individual linear ball bearing. This ensures no stick-slip effect and maximum lifetime values. Peter Hirt thread gauge feelers are available from the smallest size of 0-200 (ball diameter 0.200 mm) up to size 12 (ball diameter 4.000 mm). The smallest thread gauge feeler at present, size 0-200 with a ruby ball diameter of 0.200 mm, is sized for measuring threads up to size M1.7. The thread gauge feelers are available individually or in a protective wooden box as a 12 pc, 13 pc or 14 pc set. Signal conditioning modules from Peter Hirt are specially calibrated for T-series tranducers with TESA® compatible half-bridge circuit. Modules are available with supply voltages of 5, 12 or 24 VDC and with a bipolar or unipolar output signal of ± 5 VDC, ± 10 VDC, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC
