The wet mixer system is a vertical mixing system for batch processes. The geometry of the conical or cylindrical mixing vessel, the arrangement and shape of the tools and their peripheral speed are adapted to each other in all sizes, resulting in effective mixing of all components. Depending on the process engineering tasks, the individual mixing tools are combined to form one tool both for material transport and for dispersion and disagglomeration processes. The installation height in the vessel is adjustable within a wide range. Thermobecher Deckel

Le mélangeur continu à socs fonctionne selon le principe du lit fluidisé introduit par Lödige dans la technologie de mélange. Les pales à socs sont disposées dans une configuration définie sur l'arbre de mélange logé dans un tambour horizontal et cylindrique. La vitesse et la forme de ces pales sont définies afin de créer un mouvement de mélange tri-dimensionnel. Ces pales de mélange permettent d'obtenir un retour constant du produit pendant son mélange et avant sa vidange. Le produit mélangé est ainsi constamment en mouvement de manière intensive et rapide. Le mélangeur continu garantit une excellente qualité de mélange avec un taux de remplissage compris entre 20 et 50 %. Si nécessaire, des couteaux rotatifs peuvent être utilisés en complément afin d'intensifier l'effet de mélange.

Das Nassmischersystem ist ein vertikales Mischsystem für diskontinuierliche Prozesse. Die Geometrie des konischen oder auch zylindrischen Mischbehälters, die Anordnung und Form der Werkzeuge sowie deren Umfangsgeschwindigkeit sind in allen Baugrößen so aufeinander abgestimmt, dass eine effektive Vermischung der Komponenten erzielt wird. Je nach Aufgabenstellung werden die einzelnen Mischwerkzeuge sowohl zum Materialtransport als auch für Dispergier- und Desagglomerationsvorgänge kombiniert. Die Einbauhöhe im Behälter kann dabei variabel eingestellt werden. The CoriMix® is a high-speed, continuous mixer for high throughputs, especially developed for homogeneous mixing of liquid and pasty components into dry substances. The system is based on the high peripheral speed of the mixing shaft tools of up to 50 m/s. The product is moved through the mixing chamber in a plug-flow manner. The retention time is extremely short compared with a continuous ploughshare mixer. The mixing chamber is divided into zones with different mixing tools enabling different shear intensity by selecting and adjusting the mixing tools according to each application. Liquid components are introduced directly into the product ring layer – either via tangentially placed liquid pipes through the drum wall or via a hollow mixing shaft with specially perforated tools. However, moistening of the mixer wall and shaft is largely prevented. The liquid distribution is similar to a nozzle but avoiding any risk of clogging or disturbance of the spray.

Ce mélangeur est utilisé dans les applications les plus variées de l'industrie alimentaire et pharmaceutique. Sa cuve conique permet une vidange pratiquement exempte de tout résidu. Le mélangeur pour liquides est un mélangeur par charges équipé d'une cuve verticale. La forme cônique ou cylindrique de la cuve, la disposition, la forme et la vitesse des pales assurent un mélange efficace. En fonction de l'application, différents outils de mélange sont combinés entre eux de manière à transporter, disperser ou désagglomérer le produit. La position de l'outil de mélange peut être réglée en hauteur. Un déflecteur ajustable permet d'influencer directement le mouvement du produit.

Se basa en la alta velocidad de la mezcladora, con una velocidad circunferencial de las herramientas de mezcla de hasta 50 m/s. El producto se mezcla en un lecho anular. El producto se empuja a través de la cámara de mezcla en una capa anular. El tiempo de permanencia es extremadamente corto. La intensidad de cizallamiento global del proceso puede adaptarse a todas las necesidades seleccionando y ajustando las herramientas de mezcla. Los líquidos entran en la capa anular mediante sistemas de adición, ya sea desde el exterior tangencialmente a través de la pared del tambor o desde el interior a través de un eje hueco con herramientas especiales. La humectación de la pared y el eje de la mezcladora se evita en la medida de lo posible. El efecto de distribución se produce sin riesgo de atasco.

La mezcladora continua Pflugschar® funciona según el proceso centrífugo y de vórtice introducido por Lödige en la tecnología de mezclado. Las palas Ploughshare® giran en un tambor cilíndrico horizontal. Su velocidad circunferencial y su forma geométrica están diseñadas para centrifugar los componentes de mezcla radialmente fuera del lecho de producto contra la fuerza de la gravedad y, al mismo tiempo, desplazarlos en dirección axial hacia el espacio libre de mezcla. Los elementos mezcladores están conformados y dispuestos de forma que se garantice tanto el transporte seguro del producto como una mezcla posterior suficiente. El registro continuo de la cantidad total de mezcla garantiza la mezcla más intensiva, incluso con elevados caudales de mezcla y tiempos de permanencia cortos. El proceso continuo puede funcionar con grados de llenado entre el 20 % y el 50 % con una calidad de mezcla constante. Es posible la instalación opcional de cabezales de corte en el tambor de mezcla.

La mezcladora Ploughshare® para funcionamiento por lotes funciona según el método centrífugo y de vórtice. Las palas Ploughshare de un tambor cilíndrico horizontal lanzan los componentes de mezcla radialmente al espacio libre de mezcla contra la fuerza de la gravedad y los desplazan axialmente. Al capturar toda la cantidad de producto mezclado, se consigue una mezcla intensiva y tiempos de permanencia cortos hasta que el producto mezclado final abandona la mezcladora por la abertura de descarga. El diseño específico de las herramientas de mezcla y los ajustes de la velocidad de la mezcladora permiten una gama flexible de aplicaciones. La instalación opcional de cabezales de corte en el tambor de mezcla aumenta la turbulencia en la zona de mezcla. Esto garantiza la mezcla de las partículas más finas en la cantidad más pequeña y también permite la desintegración de aglomerados.
