ORJIN AUTOMOTIVE

Having been established in 1999, Orjin Automotive continues its production and sales operations in its factory with a closed area of 15.000 m2 equipped with state of the art technology located in the city of Bursa- the heart of the automotive industry. With over 250 employees, Orjin manufactures and assembles over 7.000 different types of ball joints, tie rod ends, axial joints, stabilizer links and suspension arms for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Orjin Automotive, designs and manufactures on its own the molds of its suspension arm production and implements 15 new molds each year, all being manufactured using advanced technology CNC vertical machining centers and equipment. Prioritizing a quality approach and customer expectations, the company implements averagely new products each year. The bodies are processed in the latest generation CNC controlled turning lathes. Orjin Automotive, is certified under ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 quality management systems and so, the products are precisely assembled in our assembly lines and further, are made ready for packing upon final control. In our assembly lines, we assemble ball joints, tie rod ends, axial joints, stabilizer links and suspension arms per week. Around 5.000 different types of products are ready for sales in Orjin Automotive’s warehouse and all products are traced under a barcode system.
