Το σφάγιο περιστρέφεται μέσα στην ειδική λεκάνη με τη βοήθεια δύο αξόνων πάνω στους οποίους στηρίζονται 80 ειδικά τεμάχια από καουτσούκ, με χτυπήματα των οποίων απομακρύνεται το τρίχωμα. Η λεκάνη γεμίζεται με νερό σε θερμοκρασία 62°C. Μια ειδική δεξαμενή που περιβάλει τη λεκάνη από κάτω και στα πλάγια περιέχει ειδικό λάδι με υψηλή μετάδοση θερμότητας που προσφέρει σταθερή θερμότητα σε κάθε σημείο. Στη δεξαμενή προσαρμόζεται ανοξείδωτη αντίσταση 12kw για ζέσταμα του λαδιού. Η διατήρηση της αναγκαίας θερμοκρασίας νερού στους 62°C επιτυγχάνεται με δύο θερμοστάτες (για το λάδι και το νερό). Το καπάκι ανοίγει και κλείνει με δύο έμβολα πνευματικής λειτουργίας. Κατασκευάζεται από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα. Το μηχάνημα είναι πιστοποιημένο με CE.
