Durch moderne CNC Drehautomaten MAZAK sind wir imstande qualitative Fertigung einer grossen Vielfalt an Erzeugnissen anzubieten. Alle Werkzeugaufnahmen des Revolverkopfs haben Fräsfunktionen: eine ist Zweispindel-Maschine, und die andere hat vierte Y-Achse. Die Maschinen werden mit Zuführvorrichtungen für Stange ausgerüstet. Der maximale Durchmesser mit Zuführvorrichtungen ist Ø 60 mm. Der maximale Durchmesser des zu bearbeitenden Teils ist Ø 380 mm. Höchstlänge des zu bearbeitenden Teils – 700 mm.Wir verfügen auch über ältere CNC Drehautomaten, die mit Zuführvorrichtungen für Stange mit einer Länge 3000 mm, Hidrobar und maximalem Durchmesser Ø 42 mm ausgerüstet sind. Wir verfügen auch über Universal-Drehmaschinen zur Fertigung von Teilen mit grösseren Dimensionen und kleineren Stückzahlen. Zur Zeit arbeiten die Drehautomaten für Automotivindustrie, Hydraulik und Maschinenbau.

Metal In ЕOOD hat zwei Stanzpressen – TRUMPH und Raskin und zwei CNC Abkantmaschinen TRUMPH. Das erlaubt uns die Fertigung von Stanzerzeugnissen mit dem Grösstmass 1250 х 2500 mm und maximaler Dicke von 4 mm. Die Abkantmaschinen sind mit Höchstlänge von 3000 mm und Druckleistung 120 Tonnen. Wir haben auch Exzenterpressen mit maximaler Druckleistung von 160 Tonnen und Hydraulikpressen mit maximaler Druckleistung von 100 Tonnen. Wir haben eigene Produktion von Stanz- und Biegewerkzeugen. Das Unternehmen ist mit drei Walzenbiegemaschinen für Blech, Profile und Rohre ausgerüstet. Ausser die o.g. Operationen können wir auch Schweissen (MIG-mAG, TIG), Schweissnahtreinigung und Pulverlackierung ausführen.

As well we can bend tubes and profiles with big radiuses and big length – 6 m. With our available equipment we produce welded constructions with length till 6 m and weight till 3 tones. Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.
