Laser cutting machines are equipped with two removable replaceable tables measuring 1500 x 3000 mm and it is adapted for continuous three-shift mode. The maximum cutting thicknesses for the different materials are: Mild steel - 20 mm Stainless steel - 12 mm Aluminum - 12 mm Copper - 5 mm Bronze - 5 mm

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of machine parts and components. The components placed in the rotating basket, which can have a diameter of 800, 1000 or 1200 mm. By rotating of the basket the components are washed with washing solution. The machine can be with or without insulation, sensors for level-and temperature controls, mud sump or oil separator. The mud sump is welded to the machine’s corpus. The washing solution flows from the tank into the mud sump and catches the gross dirt. The purified solution flows from the mud sump in the tank. The oil separator designed for separation of the oil from the washing solution. The oil is separated as a surface layer, which is collected in a special bath and discharged out of the chamber. Two washing zones – pre-washing zone and zone for main washing. After each washing zone there is zone for blowing. The pre-washing zone has an external band filter, which is with the possibility of processing a high volume of washing solution and captures particles of a size greater than 350 μm. The band filter cleaning the washing solution of oil and hard dirt. The mainly washing zone has a column bag filter, which captures particles of a size greater than 50 μm. Both filters have monitoring systems for the degree of soiling and in case of clogging the machine stops. Automatic dosing of the cleaning agent. Cone bending machine

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.
