Die Rohre sind standardmäßig verzinkt, können aber auch mit pulverbeschichteter Oberfläche verschiedener RAL-Farbtöne geliefert werden. Kugelrollenteilungen sind entsprechend der Bundgröße der verwendeten Kugelrollen möglich. Wir liefern Profillängen bis maximal 6.000 mm. Die Kugelrollen werden mittels Presspassung montiert und sind auswechselbar.

Schulz Stanztechnik stellt diese Axial-Rillenkugellager DLG100 für die verschiedenen Anwendungsbereiche in den jeweils geeigneten Werkstoffen her: Für die Gehäuse kommen Stahl, Messing oder Edelstahl zum Einsatz, bei den Laufringen Stahl oder Edelstahl, der hier grundsätzlich gehärtet ist.
