Syntech Pavisheer: Tratament epoxidic pentru acoperiri transparente

Syntech Pavisheer: Tratament epoxidic pentru acoperiri transparente

Syntech Pavisheer A two-component epoxy system based on epoxy resins in aqueous dispersion and solvent-free. It is ideal for completing protective, transparent treatments with a consolidating action and anti-dust effect on industrial concrete flooring, with good mechanical and chemical resistance, especially in reference to contact with oils and solvents. This product also serves well as a primer for casting joints between old and new concrete flooring. Transparent finish of interior floor coverings, mechanical-resistant impregnations, anti-dust and anti-oil for concrete surfaces. The media should have adequate mechanical resistance. The concrete surfaces should be cured, dry, planar and absorbent, free from oils, detergents, powders and soiling. The most appropriate type of mechanical preparation should also be determined (degreasing or shot peening). Conveniently absorbent surfaces may be dealt with directly after a proper cleaning. For tiled surfaces and for pre-existing coverings in resin, a degreasing or shot peening treatment is required until complete opacification and complete elimination of dust. Mix components A and B each in their own container before mixing. Do not take partial quantities from the packs to avoid any errors in the mixing ratio that would cause failure or incomplete hardening. Pour component B into a suitable container and add component A. Mix everything for a few minutes using a mechanical stirrer with variable speed until a homogeneous and uniform color mixture is obtained. Leave to rest for a few minutes and mix again. Dilute the final product only with water in the Syntech Pavisheer: water ratio of 1: 3 for the first coat and 1: 2 for the second. Gradually add the dilution water, continuing to mix for a few minutes. The dilution ratio can vary according to the porosity of the support; if necessary on closed surfaces it is also possible to dilute the second coat respecting the dilution ratio 1: 3. The Syntech Pavisheer emulsion has a stability of about 2 hours at 20 ° C; within this period the product must be used. Syntech Pavisheer is applied with a short-haired roller or spray, covering the entire surface evenly. We recommend application at temperatures not lower than 5 ° C. From 0.10 to 0.15 kg of SYNTYECH PAVISHEER for each square metre of surface to be covered. Syntech Pavicrom A 2-component coloured finish, with an epoxy resin base in aqueous dispersion. Ideal for the pigmented coating of industrial flooring and concrete products in general. Surfaces treated with Syntech Pavicrom are easy to clean and provide excellent resistance to mechanical wear, as well as having a high resistance to water, alkaline solutions, detergents and hydrocarbons (oils, diesel, petrol, etc.). For protective and decorative painting of concrete floors, reviving the colour of old resin flooring, wall plinth enamelling, and so on. Perfect for mechanical workshops, manufacturing industries, warehouses and factories generally in which special and high chemical and mechanical resistance are required. The support on which the resin system is to be laid must be suitable for withstanding the stresses resulting from the intended use, such as static or dynamic loads, impacts, thermo-hygrometric dilatations, vibrations, etc. As regards the characteristics of the substrate (maximum humidity, cohesion, strength class, flatness, etc.) and the preparation of the surface that will accommodate the resin system, we recommend the requirements set out in chapter 5 of the UNI 10966 standard ("RESIN SYSTEMS FOR SURFACES HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL - INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESIGN AND APPLICATION "). In any case, carefully clean and degrease the surfaces, removing any kind of dirt, paint residues or incoherent parts. The humidity of the support must be <= 3%. Evaluate the most convenient type of mechanical preparation (shot peening, sandblasting, hydro-washing, etc.). The surfaces must also be free from discontinuity, and possibly leveled and regularized with products from the FLOOR line or the REPAR line. Apply by roller, brush or spray from 150 to 200 g / m2 of Syntech Primer EP-W to consolidate the substrate and facilitate the adhesion of the subsequent coating. Apply Syntech Pavicrom when the primer is completely dry and no later than 24 hours from the end of its application. In case of presence (even suspected) of humidity deriving from capillary rising from the substrate, it is recommended to apply in advance the epoxy resin for "wet substrates" Syntech Pavidamp. Tiled floors, or floors covered with pre-existing resin, must be subjected to mechanical roughening carried out with shot blasting, milling, bush hammering, etc., until the total elimination of the waterproof crust and the opacification of the surfaces. Remove dust after abrasion. Mix component A and component B separately, directly in their packages, in advance. When applying, combine the two components into a single container and thoroughly mix for 2 minutes using appropriate equipment (trolling motor). To prevent any errors in the mixing ratio that would result in a lack of or incomplete hardening, do not extract partial quantities from the packaging. Next, pour component B into the container of component A. Syntech Pavicrom is applied with a “short-pile” roller within 24 hours after applying the primer. Add the dilution water: the first coat diluted with water at a rate of 10 ÷ 20% depending on the porosity, cohesion of the support and the temperature; the second finish must be diluted by 6 ÷ 11%. After adding the dilution water, continue mixing for a few minute. We recommend applying two overlapping coats of the product, at temperatures not lower than +5° C. The second coat must be applied within 24 hours. 3-5% by weight of quartz B0 or B1 (or hollow glass microspheres) can also be added to achieve a non-slip effect. In two coats, apply 0.25 to 0.40 kilograms of Syntech Pavicrom per square metre of surface to be covered. In case of presence (even suspected) of humidity deriving from capillary rising from the substrate, it is recommended to first apply the epoxy resin for "wet substrates" Syntech Pavidamp. Tiled floors, or floors covered with pre-existing resin, must be subjected to mechanical roughening carried out with shot blasting, milling, bush hammering, etc., until the total elimination of the waterproof crust and the opacification of the surfaces. Remove dust after abrasion. Thoroughly mix the two components in their respective containers. Pour the can of component B into the can of component A, mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. To obtain a perfect mixing use a mechanical stirrer or a suitable tool. The mixture of the two components must be spread within 20-30 minutes, in order to avoid hardening in the can itself. Note that the reaction rate depends on the ambient temperature (at 30 ° C it hardens in 15 minutes). Syntech Epox Timber: Rășină transparentă bicomponentă pentru crearea de obiecte din lemn-rășină

Syntech Epox Timber: Rășină transparentă bicomponentă pentru crearea de obiecte din lemn-rășină

Syntech Epox Timber Syntech Epox Timber is a liquid, transparent, two-component epoxy resin for incorporating thick objects, mass filled casting and the treatment of wood. Its self-levelling and non-yellowing nature, along with its scratch-resistance and fluid consistency, render it ideal for pouring and for filling any voids. The final effect of Syntech Epox Timber is a smooth and even surface with a transparency similar to glass. It is also possible to colour the product with specific pigments to achieve a coloured transparent effect. It is advisable to conduct preliminary tests to achieve the desired aesthetic effect. Syntech Epox Timber can be applied in thicknesses from 0.5 to 10 cm for the creation of tables and shelves in wood and resin, artistic creations and high thickness castings in which to incorporate small parts, stones, shells and objects in general, including metal . Higher thicknesses and castings without inserting embedded objects can cause overheating during the catalysis of the product. Syntech Epox Timber has excellent chemical resistance, abrasion, scratches and wear, has a high degree of transparency that lasts over time thanks to UV filters, the self-leveling consistency and low viscosity facilitate the elimination of bubbles air and allow to obtain planar surfaces, it does not contain solvents. Excellent resistance to water, basic solutions. Fair resistance to acids and solvents. Syntech Epox Timber is a transparent vitrifying resin to be applied by pouring for the construction of tables and wood-resin surfaces, by incorporating boards, fragments or sections of wood, even irregular, appropriately treated and thick coatings on even wood surfaces. If the support is absorbent, such as untreated wood or porous materials, it must be previously treated with the same Syntech Epox Timber applied by brush to avoid the formation of air bubbles. To make bulk filler castings, prepare suitable molds of the desired shape. Make sure you have 'leveled' the surface so that the resin can level itself correctly and thus a perfectly flat surface is obtained. Mix components A (basic formulation) and B (hardener) each in their own container before mixing; then pour component B into the container of component A. Mix everything for a few minutes using a mechanical stirrer at variable speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, with a uniform color and free of lumps. Do not take partial quantities from the packs to avoid any errors in the mixing ratio which would cause failure or incomplete hardening. After mixing, proceed by pouring the mixture into the previously prepared mold. High thickness castings require hardening times between 48-72 hours at a temperature of 25-30 ° C. To avoid surface defects or lengthening of the hardening time, it is advisable to work in an environment with a temperature of at least 25 ° C, a temperature to be maintained throughout the hardening period. The completely hardened product can be polished like normal lacquers paying attention to the residual elasticity, during the polishing process it is necessary to avoid overheating the surface to avoid temporary softening. Otherwise, you can proceed with the application of clear acrylics after having sanded the resin with 500/1000 paper. Approximately 11 kg / m² of Syntech Epox Timber for each centimeter of thickness to be created (approximately 1100 kg for each cubic meter). Syntech HAG Acryl: Rășină acrilică de injecție cu vâscozitate scăzută pentru etanșarea crăpăturilor

Syntech HAG Acryl Syntech HAG Acryl is a four-component resin that reacts to form an elastic and durable gel. The properties of Syntech HAG Acryl are: • Good general chemical resistance. • Does not contain acrylamide, methacrylamide, formaldehyde or solvents. • Not inflammable. • Excellent adhesion on mineral building materials such as concrete, cement and bricks. • The reaction speed can be adjusted from a few seconds to several minutes. • When the injected cracks dry out due to temperature or groundwater level fluctuations the gel does not crack easily. • The hardened gel has excellent durability in wet-dry cycles. Syntech HAG Acryl components are supplied ready to use. Create 2 mixes in separate plastic buckets. Prepare only the quantity to be used each time. Solution 1: Syntech HAG Acryl component A (25 kg resin) mixed with Syntech HAG Acryl component B (2.5 kg catalyst). Solution 2: Syntech HAG Acryl component C (2 packs of 0.625 kg) mixed with clean tap water. Attention: The amount of water must be equal in volume to solution 1. When mixing resin, always use a wooden or stainless steel spatula. The reaction time depends on the temperature of the material, the structure of the building and the possible amount of water present. Higher temperature will speed up the reaction time and lower temperature will slow it down. It is advisable to carry out an on-site test, before injection, to observe and define the reaction time. To change the reaction time, only adjust the amount of Syntech HAG Acryl component C. The amount of the other components remains the same. Use a two-component stainless steel pump (manual, electric or pneumatic). Check that the pump and equipment are clean and that there is no residue from previous injection work. The two mixtures are fed into the pump separately, but are mixed homogeneously at a volumetric ratio of 1:1 in the pump's mixing head, before being injected through the pump nozzle. Check the quality of the concrete, as injection involves pressure. Sealing and waterproofing of cracks and cavities in walls, floors, concrete constructions, underground structures, etc. It can be used in constructions that are not permanently in contact with water (fluctuating groundwater level). Injection of very fine cracks. Determine the type and size of packers based on your pump and injection type. If reinforcing steel is present, try to locate it and plan the drilling pattern so that the reinforcement is not drilled. Drill holes at an angle of approximately 45° or less and in the direction of the crack. Make sure the hole goes through the crack. The distance of the drilled holes depends on the width of the crack. Place the packer in the hole. Prepare the pump to start the injection. The injection pressure varies depending on the structure and size of the crack. Start the injection at the lowest point of the crack. Continue injecting until resin flows out of adjacent packer(s). This is necessary to achieve uniform distribution of the material. Stop pumping, unplug and move on to the next packer. Continue the procedure until the crack is completely filled. After the material has cured, the packers can be removed. Holes drilled can be covered with Repar Tix Speedy HP quick-setting mortar. Clean and rinse the pump equipment with water whenever there is a stoppage longer than 15 minutes and, after completing the injection, rinse with a sufficient amount of water. Make sure the pump is clean and stop only when clean water comes out of the pump. The consumption of the product depends on the size of the empty volume to be filled. Syntech Pavidamp: Bază epoxidică anti-umiditate cu trei componente, în emulsie apoasă

Syntech Pavidamp: Bază epoxidică anti-umiditate cu trei componente, în emulsie apoasă

Syntech Pavidamp A three-component formulation, with a fluid epoxy resin base in aqueous emulsion (A + B) to be mixed with the third component (C) consisting of white cement and micro-quartz, specially designed to be used as a primer for cementitious surfaces in the presence of humidity and in conditions of hydraulic counter-thrust. Generally referred to as “wet-bonding”, it is particularly suitable as an anti-humidity barrier for the subsequent laying of parquet. Building connection layers and smoothing cement surfaces; bottom layers for resinous coatings of floorings in the presence of damp subbases; anti-humidity barriers in concrete, brick and stone masonry; surfacings of porosity, cracks and superficial irregularities. As protection from rising damp for bases where operations with polyurea resins SYNTECH POLYUREA will be carried out. Tiled floors, or floors covered with pre-existing resin, must be subjected to mechanical roughening carried out with shot blasting, milling, bush hammering, etc., until the total elimination of the waterproof crust and the opacification of the surfaces. Remove dust after abrasion. Prepare the mixture of the 2 liquid components (A+B), pouring the contents of the component B in the container of the component A. Mix with drill for about 2 minutes. Add the pre-dosed hydraulic binder (high resistance white cement) to the mixture A+B, and mix with a mixer drill. To disperse the product optimally, pour the powders (component C) a little at a time, continuing to stir with drill, until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. If it is used as a base: dilute with 10-15% by weight of clean, soft water and apply with a roller or brush. Indicative consumption: 0.4-0.5 kg/m² on regular supports, 0.7-0.9 kg/m² on irregular supports. If it is used for fine finishing coats: load the system A+B+C diluted with 10-15% of fresh clean water, with 60-70% spheroidal quartz (0.04-0.25 mm). Apply with steel trowel or plastering trowel. Indicative consumption: 1-2 kg/m². If it is used for medium finishing coats: load the system A+B+C diluted with 10-15% of fresh clean water, with 70-80% spheroidal quartz (0.1-0.5 mm). Apply with steel trowel or plastering trowel. Indicative consumption: 3-4 kg/m². From 0.50 to 0.60 kg of SYNTYECH PAVIDAMP for each square metre of surface to be covered.
