Sin embargo, es importante comprender que existen varias leyes que rigen el etiquetado de productos, como las reglamentaciones sobre envases y residuos, que pueden variar de un país a otro. Las velas y los ambientadores están sujetos a una categoría específica según la normativa de la UE, en consonancia con los esfuerzos para garantizar la seguridad y la calidad de los bienes de consumo. Para garantizar la seguridad de los productos en el mercado, es importante cumplir con todos los estándares de conformidad. Los expertos de Taobé le guiarán a través del Reglamento CLP, las normas relacionadas con el etiquetado y las pruebas de seguridad de sus velas (EN 15494:2019, EN 15493:2019, EN 15426:2018) y el Identificador Único de Fórmula, UFI, que necesitará que se incluya en la etiqueta del producto (esencial para notificar su producto a través del portal del Poison Center Notification para los mercados en los que sus velas estarán disponibles para la venta). Taobé amplía su contrato de servicios de Persona Responsable para cubrir productos de uso general, garantizando el cumplimiento del nuevo Reglamento General de Seguridad de Productos.
