Since 1830, wire goods have been demonstrably produced in the Volcanic Eifel region of Germany. In this almost 200-year-old tradition, our experienced employees have been producing baskets and grids made of wire and sheet metal with the aid of modern machines at our Hillesheim site since 1997. Development, manufacturing and distribution of wire and metal goods for industrial, commercial kitchen and laboratory applications as well as for medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry, particularly wire baskets, grilles and racks.

It manufactures all metal parts, from steel sheets and welded special tubes to finished products covered in epoxy lacquer according to the client's desired colour. Furthermore, the system is completed with other elements, such as plastic rails for labels, glass, hooks and metal baskets. The latter are made by a subcontractor according to Gondella's design.

The company has accumulated a wide fleet of universal and special modern equipment, which allows the production of very high quality and diverse range of products from sheet steel. Our sheet steel products include letter boxes, apartment letter boxes, parcel boxes, access panels, manifold cabinets, weathervanes, hanging basket brackets, fire baskets, fire pits, grills, firewood storage trolleys, key boxes, medicine boxes, billboards, etc. We produce various products and semi-finished products for German and UK markets and brands. Customized production is a significant part of the manufacturing process. Yet, our engineers are designing and preparing various articles of sheet metal for a serial production. Certain quantity of such products is maintained in a warehouse. We are operating in the Baltic States, Scandinavian, Western European and British markets. We use the following technologies: laser cutting, stamping, bending, welding, powder coating. Our services include product designing, manufacturing process, packaging and transportation arrangements. To ensure high-quality production management and accounting, we have implemented the ERP system.
