In the mid-80s, the company founders became interested in the Armoloy chrome plating process, which originally came from the US. In 1987, the company was founded in Germany with its headquarters and production site in Mosbach and its management in Solms-Oberbiel and Aßlar. The company currently employs 25 people and supplies Germany as well as other countries in Europe. The export share covers approx. 25% and is largely made up of Switzerland, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy. ATC plating is a form of extremely hard, tight, precise, very thin and highly pure chrome plating which is precipitated onto any metal (conditionally excluding magnesium, titanium and aluminium) via a high-energy process. Because this process uses a special technique, it occurs at a low temperature, far below 100 °C. Thus, the structure of the materials to be coated does not change.

Our patented casting resin system, ALWA MOULD D, is the fastest curing casting resin system in the world. It is very easy to process and does not need to be post-tempered. Our easy to use system has a pot life of only 20 minutes! Deep drawing can take place immediately after demoulding. From 1 to 2500 kg, everything from large bathtubs to small chocolate moulds can be cast. Commercial vehicle manufacturer Aixam has been successfully working with our system for years. With our innovative ALWA POR porous plates, the time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes is no longer necessary. They impress with high stability, compressive strength and a permanent temperature resistance of over 190 °C. ALWA POR is suitable for vacuum deep drawing and forming processes as well as aeration for aquariums, fish ponds and sewage treatment plants, ventilation of injection and blow moulds, all processes with hot air and steam, vacuum clamping technology, filter applications, air film sliding technology, foundry, etc.

Our range also includes polybenzimidazole (PBI), polyamide-imide (PAI) and polyetherimide (PEI). We also recycle. We buy back clean, sorted PEEK scrap. International operations are important to BIEGLO. We have many foreign customers, and can now draw on an international network of suppliers to deliver our popular products. BIEGLO also operates a number of online shops: PEEK-shop.de, PI-shop.de, PAI-shop.de, PBI-shop.de and PEI-shop.de. Our CoPEEK comes from Panjin Zhongrun in China. We offer it as either granulate or powder in different viscosities. Our range also includes semi-finished products in PEEK, including plates, tubes, rods, filaments and films. Meldin® PI is supplied by Saint Gobain and manufactured in the USA. We supply Meldin® semi-finished products in the form of plates and rods, as well as direct formed parts. AURUM® thermoplastic polyimide from Mitsui Chemicals in Japan is the thermoplastic with the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) of 245 °C. We offer PBI and PBI PEEK compounds made from Celazole®. Products in the Celazole® T Series are PBI compounds developed for injection moulding and extrusion.
