Our product production is more towards classic, traditional and modern furniture from solid oak, cherry, beech, and lime wood, which combines solid wood and natural veneered MDF. Our factory can produce almost every type of furniture, fitted or free-standing to a fine finish supplying both trade and retail at incredibly competitive prices. Our materials are first quality: oak, cherry, beech, and lime woods - supplied directly from our saw-mills throughout Bulgaria. Our company manufactures bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, kitchens, tables, chairs, beds, cabinets, small solid wood furniture, upholstered furniture, and many more. The wide range of furniture products - more than 500 different models, allows the company to fully upholster hotels, restaurants, private accommodations, and many more. Famous for their original design and high qualification - the company's employees - 60 skilled workers, are ready to satisfy the specific requirements of every client. The materials we use: varnish, glue, etc., have quality certificates from the "European Union" and are ecologically pure. The furniture is built with the most modern techniques incorporating the principles of tradition and craftsmanship. 90% of the company's production is exported to France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and many more. In addition to fine cutting and precision drilling, precision laser welding is a particular expertise. A wide range of metals and ceramic materials are processed on 25 fixed bed and fibre laser systems. Quality assurance at the highest level is obligatory at LILA, which is why all processes are certified both according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and according to the DIN EN ISO 13485 medical standard. Medical cannulas, measurement electrodes, surgical instruments, components for sensitive gauges or complex components for precision operations are standard metal workpieces that are manufactured at LILA. LILA is the market leader in the field of thick ceramics in particular, and can process material thicknesses of 0.1 mm–27 mm. The range of applications includes indexable inserts, sieves for industrial fine grinding mills, blades for medical shears and knives, bearings for Formula 1 vehicles, satellite technology and apertures for cameras and measurement systems. ECOROLL AG Werkzeuge – which employs around 80 people – develops, manufactures and distributes tools for burnishing, roller burnishing, skiving burnishing and machine hammer preening. ECOROLL tools are used wherever there are special demands for surface roughness or component strength. The burnishing or roller burnishing process is carried out on commonly used machine tools directly after pre-machining and achieves surfaces with very low roughness (< Ra 0.01 / < Rz 1.0 µm), comparable to results when sanding, honing or polishing. This is thanks to the forming of the component edge zone roughness profile without material removal, while also increasing the dynamic strength and edge zone hardness. With our team skilled in distribution, design and applications technology, we create tailor-made tools and processes for special customer applications.
