Ventilator radial cu transmisie prin cuplaj
The radial fan is the core component and driving force of any ventilation system. In this case, the drive takes the form of an elastic coupling acting on the intermediate shaft – without the kind of upstream transmission that would be found on a belt drive. In situations involving larger dimensions, the fan components can be embedded into a concrete foundation instead of a steel bracket.
Radial fans with coupling drive can be used in diverse applications across a range of industries and sectors. This type of fan is particularly well suited to situations involving high motor power.
The coupling (generally a claw coupling with an elastic insert) can absorb shocks and torsional vibrations, thus protecting the material.
Furthermore, an offset (angular, parallel or axial offset) between the motor shaft and intermediate shaft can be compensated to a certain extent, which means that the motor is relatively easy to dismount.
