Für jedes Q4 LaserScanner Modell sind Schutzscheibenrahmen mit Ersatzscheiben für rote oder blaue Laser, sowie Kühlmodule erhältlich. Die Schutzscheibenrahmen mit den angebrachten Schutzscheiben bieten einen zusätzlichen Schutz für den Laser in rauen Umgebungen. Bei hohen Temperaturen, die z.B. im Schweißprozess entstehen, hat QuellTech zusätzliche Kühlmodule, die am Laser Scanner befestigt werden können, für einen besseren Schutz in hohen Umgebungstemperaturen.

Im strömungstechnischen Labor unseres Kompetenzzentrums in Wasserburg legen wir neue Lüfterräder und Turbinen aus oder optimieren bestehende Systeme hinsichtlich Leistung, Energieeffizienz und Geräuschemission. Wir entwickeln auch Komplettsysteme von Rädern mit Antrieb. Unser Prüfstand umfasst den Saugbetrieb, den Druckbetrieb oder auch eine drucklose Messung. Drehzahlen sind bis 40 000 U/min möglich, Durchmesser bis 250 mm. In unserem Musterbau können wir die Umgebung des Lüfterrades oder der Turbine bauen oder verändern, um optimale Verhältnisse zu erreichen. Unterstützend dazu führen wir Mold-Flow-Analysen durch, nutzen ANSYS bei externen Partnern für die Strömungssimulation und erarbeiten mit FMEAs mögliche Risiken und deren Vermeidung. Unser eigener Werkzeugbau baut Werkzeuge für Lüfterräder mit einem Durchmesser von 30-250 mm, für komplexe Schieber-Werkzeuge sowie für Räder mit aufgeschweißten Scheiben.

In our weaving facility, we produce a wide range of SIGRATEX woven fabrics and tapes. We use 1k, 3k, 6k, 12k, and 24k carbon fiber tows as the material basis. In hybrid woven fabrics, we also process glass and aramid fibers.

The input voltage must be greater than the output voltage. No base load is required at the output end. A 26 kHz PWM switching controller is used for this purpose. Input and output are not isolated. The common earth is connected with the voltage converter housing.

We also develop complete systems of wheels with power units. Our range of tests includes suction operation, pressure operation and also unpressurised measurements. Revolutions up to 40,000 r/min and diameters of up to 250mm are possible. In our prototype department, we are able to simulate or modify the environmental circumstances of the fan wheels or turbines, thus achieving optimal operational conditions. Furthermore, we carry out mould-flow analysis, use ANSYS from external partners for the flow simulation and establish the fault probability and fault effect with FPFEs.
