THERMOTEX® TEXTILE
Incombustible and resistant to high temperatures, our HT Glass Fiber Textile Products THERMOTEX resist up to temperatures of 700-800°C.
Tespe THERMOTEX® Textile Products are made of Glass Yarns, specially treated to withstand higher temperatures than the "E" Glass Yarns.
The High Temperature Glass Yarns used for the range of T espe THERMOTEX® Textile Products are generally textured, voluminized, twisted and can also be reinforced with steel wire to increase the mechanical strength of the articles.
They are mainly distinguished by the maximum operating temperature in:
THERMOTEX HT-750
THERMOTEX HT-850
Tespe THERMOTEX HT-750 textile products are made of glass yarns structured "HT" of 6-9 microns, obtained through a special chemical treatment for the purification of the "E" glass. Such a treatment provides greater resistance to high temperature. For special applications, "HT" glass yarns can be reinforced with steel wire. They are inorganic, sterile, fireproof and do not contain toxic substances or heavy metals; they are completely asbestos-free and cause no irritation.
The base material of Tespe THERMOTEX HT-850 Textile Products consists of 9 microns "HR" Glass Fiber Filament Yarns, that can be voluminized, texturized, plyed, reinforced with steel wire ect. They are inorganic, steril, incombustible, totally Asbestos-Free, do not contain any toxic matter nor heavy matals and do not cause skin irritations.
