Our metallurgists specialize in the design, development and production of specialty metal powders manufactured through advanced high-pressure water atomization technology. We work alongside our customers to develop custom metal alloy powder solutions to exacting specifications for critical applications. Our expertise and nearly 50 years of history in water atomization of specialty metal powder products has led us to supply a huge number of market sectors ranging from automotive to semiconductor to aerospace across the test globe. Water Atomization Process We employ an advanced high-pressure water atomization process to engineer highly customized metal powder. Our technology is proven to achieve fine particle size distributions, enabling our metallurgists to produce precision metal powder products.

There are 6 types of dry pressing ferrite powder for customers: YXC-C1, YXC-C2T, YXC-C3T, YXC-C1, YXC-C2. The procedure summaries for making magnet are as follows: •The necessary secondary additives have been added into the powder during the grinding process. Customers only need to add proper quantity of binders and lubricants. The powder must pass through 120 mesh sieve before pressing, so as binders to be uniformly distributed for better orientaton •Please take care of the cleaning of the equipments. Any other materials and impurity should mot be mixed into the powder •During pressing, the pressure required is ≥5000N/cm2, and the magnetic field density is >7000 Oe(560KA/m) •The sintering temperature for reference is between 1220 °C and 1270 °C. Das an der RAL-Farbskala orientierte Sortiment enthält fast alle RAL-Töne und ist für die Einfärbung von EP, UP, MMA und größtenteils für PUR geeignet. Anwendungsgebiete: Die Farben sind für alle üblichen Anwendungen dieser Harze geeignet, wie z. B. für Fußbodenbeschichtungen, für die Herstellung von Laminaten, Ummantelungen, Gießteilen und Polymerbeton. Dieses Farbsortiment ist bewusst auf reinen Pigmentmischungen aufgebaut, die kein – oftmals störendes – Bindemittel enthalten und dadurch auch sehr farbstark eingestellt werden können. Unsere Kunstharzfarben sind hochkonzentriert bei optimaler Pigment- volumeneinstellung und erlauben so günstigste Einfärbung bei problemloser Handhabung.
