Consilex Jazz Aqueous dispersion treatment of polysiloxane resins, ideal for giving the artefacts, by applying a low pressure spray, brush or roller, water-repellent and revitalizing characteristics, regenerating the original color of the treated material. Consilex Jazz revitalises (regenerates the original colour) of the surface treated by simultaneously creating an efficient and long-lasting pearly, water repellent effect. The benefits obtainable using Consilex Jazz are: - revitalisation of the treated surface - waterproofing against water vapour and carbon dioxide - low water absorption - reduced surface dirt - good pearly effect and efficient surface self-cleaning. Treatment to revitalise and waterproof porous surfaces (terracotta tiles and bricks, tuff, ecc). The application supports should be clean and dry; where necessary, you should remove mould, algae and lichens on the surfaces, by applying CONSILEX ANTIMUFFA CLEANER (mould remover). Syntech Pavisheer A two-component epoxy system based on epoxy resins in aqueous dispersion and solvent-free. It is ideal for completing protective, transparent treatments with a consolidating action and anti-dust effect on industrial concrete flooring, with good mechanical and chemical resistance, especially in reference to contact with oils and solvents. This product also serves well as a primer for casting joints between old and new concrete flooring. Transparent finish of interior floor coverings, mechanical-resistant impregnations, anti-dust and anti-oil for concrete surfaces. The media should have adequate mechanical resistance. The concrete surfaces should be cured, dry, planar and absorbent, free from oils, detergents, powders and soiling. The most appropriate type of mechanical preparation should also be determined (degreasing or shot peening). Conveniently absorbent surfaces may be dealt with directly after a proper cleaning. For tiled surfaces and for pre-existing coverings in resin, a degreasing or shot peening treatment is required until complete opacification and complete elimination of dust. Mix components A and B each in their own container before mixing. Do not take partial quantities from the packs to avoid any errors in the mixing ratio that would cause failure or incomplete hardening. Pour component B into a suitable container and add component A. Mix everything for a few minutes using a mechanical stirrer with variable speed until a homogeneous and uniform color mixture is obtained. Leave to rest for a few minutes and mix again. Dilute the final product only with water in the Syntech Pavisheer: water ratio of 1: 3 for the first coat and 1: 2 for the second. Gradually add the dilution water, continuing to mix for a few minutes. The dilution ratio can vary according to the porosity of the support; if necessary on closed surfaces it is also possible to dilute the second coat respecting the dilution ratio 1: 3. The Syntech Pavisheer emulsion has a stability of about 2 hours at 20 ° C; within this period the product must be used. Syntech Pavisheer is applied with a short-haired roller or spray, covering the entire surface evenly. We recommend application at temperatures not lower than 5 ° C. From 0.10 to 0.15 kg of SYNTYECH PAVISHEER for each square metre of surface to be covered. Syntech Pavistrong A two-component coating with a modified epoxy resin base, specific for protecting concrete surfaces destined to be in contact with aggressive agents or for containing food products and drinking water. Syntech Pavistrong is certified according to EN 1504-2, for the protection of structures in reinforced concrete as well as for food contact, in accordance with the requirements of Ministerial Decree 21/03/73 and subsequent amendments. Syntech Pavistrong is characterized by its excellent chemical resistance to aggressive exposure environments, to alkalis even at high concentration, to medium concentration acids and to the flow of liquids even containing solid suspensions. It is impermeable to water and chemically aggressive agents. It constitutes an effective barrier to the penetration of carbon dioxide and the carbonation of concrete. It is non-toxic, therefore suitable for contact with food and drinking water. It has excellent adhesion to concrete, steel, bricks, stone in general and various materials commonly used in construction. The fluid consistency makes Syntech Pavistrong fast and easy to apply both by brush and roller. Industrial concrete floors. Purification tanks for waste water and related technical rooms. Note that the reaction rate depends on the ambient temperature (at 30 ° C it hardens in 15 minutes). Apply on the surface to be treated, in two coats, within the indicated times, for an indicative consumption of 500-600 g / m². Do not take partial quantities from the packs to avoid any errors in the mixing ratio that would cause failure or incomplete hardening. Do not dilute the components or the mixture of the two components. From 0.50 to 0.60 kg of SYNTYECH PAVISTRONG for each square metre of surface to be covered, for two coat applications (0.25-0.30 kg per single coat). An anti-dust chemical/mechanical revitalising hardener for concrete flooring and screeds, consisting of an aqueous solution of mineral silicates and fluosilicates, activated by specific wetting agents. It is applied in several coats of decreasing dilution in water, with a brush or mechanical “scrubber”. Specific anti-dust treatments for industrial flooring or concrete slabs that have lost their original “vitality”. It reacts with the calcium compounds, soluble and unstable, present in of concrete products, transforming them into new stable, insoluble and resistant compounds. Consequent increases in resistance to wear and tear of the order of 200% -400%, significant increases in chemical stability, resistance to freeze-thaw cycles etc. Reactive impregnations for stabilising chemical and mechanical structures and concrete products. Hardening, anti-dust, anti abrasive and anti-corrosion treatments for concrete floorings. Adjustment of the chemical and mechanical performance of products for the industrial, rural and livestock construction (on horizontal surfaces). Leave the product to dry between one coat and the next and then, after the last coat, wash with copious amounts of water. Protect glass and aluminium surfaces during application. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface".
