Verwendet als Stand-alone oder als Teil einer größeren CRAC- Einheitsinstallation können Bereiche mit hoher lokaler Wärmedichte durch die horizontale Versorgungsanordnung der CHILLROW-Einheiten effektiv adressiert werden, wodurch sich die Leistung und Effizienz der gesamten Kühllösung erhöht.

UNICOOL-EDGE ist ein bahnbrechendes, horizontales Kompaktsystem, das für Edge-Computing-Anwendungen entwickelt wurde. Es ermöglicht die nahtlose Integration in Kaltgang- und Warmgang-Konfigurationen, verwaltet die Luftstromverteilung und verbessert die Systemeffizienz. UNICOOL-EDGE ist die kombinierte Technologie von Drehzahlregelung mit integrierter freier Kühlung und mechanischer Kühlung . Das Unicool-Edge ist robust und kann in rauen und abgelegenen Umgebungen bei Temperaturen von -35°C bis 55°C eingesetzt werden. Die Unicool-Edge-Produktreihe kann Kühlleistungen von 12KW mit einer Einheit, und bis zu 105KW mit drei Einheiten (gestapelt) liefern und ist damit für eine Vielzahl von Kundenanwendungen geeignet.

UNICOOL wurde entwickelt um den harschen Umgebungsbedingungen von Telekom Basisstatrionen standzuhalten und bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen freie Kühlung zu nutzen. Dadurch liefert UNICOOL eine energieeffiziente, OPEX-orientierte Kühllösung.
