The OPTISENS ORP 8590 is an ORP sensor for general water and wastewater applications. The sensor type is equipped with a platinum electrode, a large ceramic diaphragm and a temperature sensor (Pt100). It features a robust design with CPVC body material. The sensor is available with an attached cable up to 10 m / 33 ft. It can be installed directly into a pipe or tank with the 3⁄4 NPT (male) process connection. The ORP sensor operates with the MAC 100 or any suitable analytical transmitter.

The PLC UV sensors and VIS sensors serve as precision sensors for the measurement of UV irradiances and illuminances in systems with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Spectral range, measuring range, operating voltage, and output signal can be selected to match the measurement task and the PLC. The integrated electronics generate a signal voltage that is transmitted with the low interference cable to the PLC. The built-in diffusers provide the required cosine correction. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to the PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, the German national test authority); after being calibrated, they are shipped with a factory calibration certificate. Excellent long-term stability is achieved through the use of appropriate materials. Of course, a repair and spare parts service is available for many years. Due to its extremely compact size including integrated controller, the sensor can also be integrated into restricted installation space. Its low weight make the optoNCDT 1320 ideally suitable for applications where high accelerations occur, e.g., on the robot arm or in pick-and-place machines. The optoNCDT 1320 offers high accuracy and adjustable measuring rates up to 4kHz. The Active Surface Compensation (ASC) provides stable distance signal control regardless of target color or brightness. Very small objects can be detected reliably due to the small measurement spot size.

Erfassung von dynamischen Beschleunigungen mittels MEMS-Sensoren mit anschließender Digitalisierung durch Controller. Das Gerät besteht aus einem Beschleunigungssensor, einer Controllereinheit und drei Arten von Ausgangsschnittstellen. Hauptmerkmal sind zwei Safety-Schaltkontakte (potential- frei), die z.B. in der Sicherheitskette angewendet werden können, um eine Sicherheitsabschaltung bei zu hohen Beschleunigungswerten vorzunehmen. Die Datenausgabe erfolgt über die CANopen Schnittstelle. Es kann das Standard- oder das Safetyprofil gewählt werden. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Analogausgänge 4 ... 20 mA, die wahlweise zwei der drei Messachsen zugeordnet werden können. La sonde est disponible avec un câble moulé jusqu'à 10 m / 33 ft. Elle peut être installée directement sur une canalisation ou dans un réservoir avec un raccordement process 3⁄4 NPT (mâle). La sonde de Redox fonctionne avec le MAC 100 ou tout autre convertisseur adapté.
