IKO Roller Bearings are heavy duty bearings with rollers incorporated in a double row. They are nonseparable bearings with a high load rating. They can withstand not only radial loads but axial loads as well, which are supported at the contacts between the shoulders of the inner and outer rings and the end faces of the rollers. They should be used at the fixing side of a shaft. Like needle roller bearings, they are also compact. Roller bearing types include caged, full complement and the type for sheaves, and they can be selected based on the operating conditions. These bearings are used in heavyduty machinery such as construction equipment, and industrial machines.

These bearings consist of a cage made from a steel plate, which is precisely press formed and surfacehardened, and needle rollers with a diameter variation within 2μm. They have a rigid structure and a high lubricantretaining capacity. As they have the lowest sectional height compared with other thrust bearings, they can be used instead of conventional thrust washers and can withstand highspeed rotations with a low coefficient of friction.

The IKO Linear Bushing is a highprecision linear motion rolling guide that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls, and the like are built compactly in the external cylinder. Models are available in abundant sizes and can be selected according to the application. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance. Simple Replacement for Rolling Guide With the shaft used as the raceway, guiding parts using conventional bushings can be changed to rolling guides without major design changes. Wide Variation For each dimensional series, standard, adjustable clearance, and open types are available with and without seals, which can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel Stainless steel types are also available, with excellent corrosion resistance and ideal for use in clean rooms, such as in medical equipment

Separable Roller Followers are assembled by combining an outer ring, inner ring and needle roller cage. They can be separated from one another, so handling is easy. Oil lubrication is also easy, making them suitable for highspeed rotations. Two types are available without inner ring RNAST and with inner ring NAST. The inner ring type includes open, shield, and sealed types.

Mounting Holed Type Super Slim Crossed Roller Bearings CRBTF is a compact and light weight bearings which mounting holes are prepared on both inner and outer ring of Super Slim Type Crossed Roller Bearings with the ultraslim 5mm bearing width to make mounting to equipment easier. Features 1.We achived the ultraslim 5mm bearing width by IKO technology of miniature bearings production, and this bearing contributes to make equipments more compact. 2. These Roller Followers are lubricated with CLube, a thermosetting solidtype lubricant which fills the inner space of the bearing. CLube is lubricant made of a lot of lubrication oil and fine particles of superhigh molecular polyolefin that are solidified by heat treatment. As the bearing rotates, the lubricating oil oozes out onto the raceway surface in proper quantities, maintaining the lubrication performance for a long period of time.

These bearings have a stepped tapered portion on the stud, making mounting easy by fixing a set screw to the stepped portion thus they are optimal for applications such as pallet change.

Cam Followers are bearings with a stud incorporating needle rollers in a thick walled outer ring. These bearings are designed for outer ring rotation with superior rotational performance, a low friction coefficient and high load capacity. CFKRE has a structure with hexagon holes at the end of each stud, making it possible to mount from any location. With an eccentric collar, it also enables easy height positioning adjustment by rotating the stud.

IKO Nano Linear NT is a moving magnet type linear motor table with a magnet and optical linear encoder scale in the steel moving table part, and a stator coil and optical linear encoder head in the steel bed. For the table guiding parts, an IKO Linear Way, wellestablished in the area of miniature linear motion rolling guides, is used in combination with a linear motor and highresolution linear encoder to realize highly accurate positioning. Thanks to the adoption of highperformance neodymium magnet, large thrust force can be acquired and therefore highspeed and highly responsive positioning is possible, despite its very small body. In addition, high cleanliness is realized as the mechanical contact part is only the linear motion rolling guide thanks to adoption of a landmark driving method without cables. As a tapped hole is prepared for the centralized piping on the stud head, this is optimal for applications where centralized oil piping is necessary.

The AntiCreep Cage Crossed Roller Way Unit prevents cage creep by using a rack and pinion mechanism in the crossed roller way that is mounted to a groundfinished rigid table and bed. The builtin rack and pinion mechanism is the perfect solution for cage creep issues. It provides reliable operation in various situations where a crossed roller way would be difficult to use, including applications on a vertical axis. No correction for cage creep is necessary, even under high velocity or long term operation. Interchangeable Mounting Dimensions Since the rack is placed inside the way, it maintains the same outside dimensions and offers complete mounting compatibility with the conventional crossed roller way unit; making it easy to replace the conventional type crossed roller way units in machines and equipment, as well as using it in new designs. IKO Linear Way F is a linear motion rolling guide with a highly rigid slide unit that performs endless linear motion over a wide track rail. Two rows of steel balls contact the raceway at four points with a high number of loadbearing balls. This enables stable high accuracy and rigidity even in applications where load has variable direction and size or complex load is applied. Since it is wide, it is also resistant to moment load in the width direction, so it is suitable for single row use as well.

IKO Shell Type Needle Roller Bearings are lightweight bearings with large load ratings. They employ a shell type outer ring made from a thin specialsteel plate which is accurately drawn, carburized and quenched, thus providing the lowest sectional height among the Needle Roller Bearings. There are two types of bearings available in this series; the caged type and the full complement type. The appropriate type can be selected according to the operating conditions. The caged type has a structure in which the needle rollers are accurately guided by the cage and thrust rings. It is useful for applications at highspeed rotation. The full complement type needle roller bearing, on the other hand, is suitable for heavyload applications at lowspeed rotation. Since these bearings are pressfitted into the housing, no axial positioning fixtures are required. They are ideal for use in massproduced articles that require economy, and have a wide variety of applications.

Since the stud is eccentric, it can be aligned by rotation, and can be easily adjusted so that the load distribution on the outer surface of the outer ring is uniform. These are eccentric cam followers with a onepiece stud that can be mounted in the same mounting holes as those for Standard Type Cam Followers. The eccentricity is 0.25 mm to 0.6 mm.

CLube Linear Roller Way Super MX incorporates CLube lubrication into the Linear Roller Way Super X. The same high performance can be achieved for applications requiring high load capacity and running accuracy such as machine tools and semiconductor/liquid crystal related manufacturing equipment, but with CLube, longterm, maintenancefree performance can also be realized. This reduces the cost of the whole system by reducing the running costs and the work hours required for lubrication.

The IKO Linear Motor Table LT is a compact and highprecision positioning table made of aluminum alloy, with an optical linear encoder built in and an AC linear servomotor incorporated between moving table and bed. Three series (Compact Series LT···CE, Long Stroke Series LT···LD and High Thrust Series LT···H) are available and can be selected according to the application. The lightweight moving table and large thrust force of Linear Motor Table LT enables operation with high acceleration/deceleration and high response. Further, the advanced servo technology achieves high static stability and speed stability. The IKO Precision Ball Slide is an extremely compact and lightweight linear motion rolling guide with the track portion and mounting surface integrated, made into a rolling guide by precisely molding a stainless steel plate into a U shape. Since high performance and quality can be stably maintained for a long period of time, it is widely used as a precision linear motion rolling guide for the magnetic head guiding parts of precision measurement instruments and computer external storage devices, and also as a functional part for precision linear motion such as for semiconductor manufacturing and testing and inspection equipment. Models are available in abundant performances and sizes, and can be selected according to the application. Stainless steel highly resistant to corrosion is used for all steel components, so that they are suitable for applications in a cleanroom environment.

The Mounting Holed Type High Rigidity Crossed Roller Bearing has an integral structure (nonsplit) for both the inner and outer rings, with mounting holes that allows it to be easily attached to equipment. Further it is less subject to peripheral structures such as housing or pressure plate and realizes high rigidity and highaccuracy guidance. Rollers are arranged by intersecting orthogonally between inner ring and outer ring of the single structure. A separator, which can smoothly rotate rollers, is incorporated between rollers. The mounting holes in both inner and outer rings facilitate installation to your equipment. An open type and a sealed type are available. The sealed type incorporates special synthetic rubber sealing.
