Individual solution for surface and profil grinding reciprocating or creep feed - The mono-base design of the multiLine models allows grinding widths (Z-axis) of up to 900 mm. The compact, steel base designed multiLine model is equipped with linear guides in all three axes. The feed axes Y and Z are driven via servo motors and ball screws. For machines up to 2,000 mm the table is driven via ball screw (KGT). For longer tables up to 6,000 mm a linear motor (LIM) is used. The standard version of the multiLine comes with high-precision linear scales for positioning of the vertical axis. The direct drive grinding spindle with up to 37 kW guarantees optimal torque transfer. To meet your requirements this model can easily be customized through a large variety of available options like different types of overhead and table mounted dressing units for using Al-oxide or CBN/diamond grinding wheels.

The Lapmaster Wolters Model 36 is the perfect size for engineering workshops, where flatness and finish are of prime importance over a wide range of component sizes. It is equipped with a 914mm diameter serrated lap plate, manufactured from Grade 300 grey cast iron to ISO 185(2005) as standard. Other plates can be supplied on request. The machine is self-contained and the rigid welded tubular section steel frame supports the reduction gearbox and drive motor and houses the abrasive compound system and the waste tank. Access to these is provided by lift off panels. The machine is intended for use with free abrasive compounds. A dispensing system, for use with water and diamond compounds etc., can also be fitted. Flatness of the machines lap plate, and consequently of the work, is controlled by adjusting the position of the conditioning rings relative to the lap plate track.

The Lapmaster Model 48 is equipped with a 48 inch (1219mm) diameter lap plate. This is manufactured from Grade 300 grey cast iron to ISO 185(2005). It consists of individual segments bolted to a support plate. Outlets are provided to feed each conditioning ring via a track wire, with individual control valves. This system is designed so that a circulatory flow is established. The pump is capable of delivering far more compound to the outlets than is necessary. Excess compound is returned to the reservoir via a sloping drain tube. This together with the constant agitations provided by the stirrer minimises the tendency of the abrasive grains to settle out in the vehicle. The machine is intended for use with free abrasive compounds. A dispensing system, for use with water and diamond compounds etc., can also be fitted. Flatness of the machines lap plate, and consequently of the work, is controlled by adjusting the position of the conditioning rings relative to the lap plate track.

The ecoLine linear model surface and profile grinding machines are comprised of a single steel base design. The longitudinal linear motor drive table with a max. speed of 60 m/min is its defining characteristic. Since 1999 hundreds of these travelling table machines have been delivered and are well established in the market. The ecoLine model is available with a grinding area of 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 x 700 mm. The machine is equipped with linear guides in all three axes. The Y- and Z-axes are driven by servo motors and ball screws (KGT) while the longitudinal X-axis table is powered via direct drive linear motor. The standard 11 kW grinding spindle can be upgraded up to 26 kW. A wide variety of available options like different types of dressing units provide customization capabilities for specific requirements.

The autonomous cleaning machine RoboScrub has already proved its efficiency in the field from cleaning production halls and warehouses with narrow aisles to large shopping centres. This compact scrubberdrier reliably navigates around obstacles and provides excellent cleaning results. In addition, the machine is particularly userfriendly, both in autonomous and manual operation. Das Lapmaster Modell 48 Ist mit einer Läppscheibe mit 1219 mm Durchmesser ausgerüstet.. Sie ist aus Grauguss Grade 300 nach IS0185(2005) (GG30) gefertigt und besteht aus einzelnen Segmenten, die auf eine Stützplatte geschraubt sind. Die Versorgung der Abrichtringe erfolgt mit individuellen Steuerventilen über Öffnungen — und mitlaufende Tropfdrähte. Das System ist für einen Läppmittelumlauf ausgelegt. Die Pumpe kann weit mehr Läppmittel zu den Öffnungen pumpen, als erforderlich ist. Überschüssiges Läppmittel wird über ein geneigtes Ablaufrohr in den Behälter zurückgeführt und durch ständiges Rühren am Absetzen der Schleifkörner am Boden des Behälters gehindert. Die Maschine ist für den Einsatz von lose aufgebrachten Läppmitteln ausgelegt. Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Dosiersystem für die Verwendung mit Wasser- und Diamantläppmitteln usw. eingebaut werden.

The BG 1000 / 2000-T models are very compact traveling table machines for the grinding of broaches up to 200 mm diameter. They are designed to grind straight and helical teeth with very stable grinding behavior. The BG 2000 / 3000-C models are based on the moving column principle and display very consistent machining even on very heavy workpieces. They are designed for broaches up to 600 mm diameter. The distinguishing characteristics are profile precision, maintaining center and ease of use. Grinding of inner features is available as an option.

The compact, steel base designed powerLine model is equipped with linear guides in all three axes. All three axes (X, Y, Z) are driven by servo motors via ball screws (KGT). The standard version of the multiLine comes with high-precision linear scales for positioning of the vertical axis. The direct drive of the grinding spindle from 48 kW guarantees optimal torque transfer. Different measuring devices and CD (continuous dressing) units are examples of a wide variety of available options making it easy to customize the powerLine to your individual requirements.

This model is well suited for efficient, economical processing of circular workpieces via surface and step grinding operations. There is no lost time through deceleration, acceleration and reversal as with conventional reciprocation grinding. The grinding wheel remains in contact with the workpiece throughout the grinding process. Single workpieces can be located centrically on the table while multiple workpieces can be located concetrically to optimize table space utilization. A tilting table option allows grinding of chamfers or blade edges (i.e. circular blades), where the table can be tilted +/- 5 degrees. The high-precision rotary table is belt driven. This machine is offered with the xpressCube SPS controls package. A software option is available for step grinding operations.
