Poliermaschine für Siliciumwafer, Doppelseitenpoliermaschinen für Siliciumwafer - Die Peter Wolters AC 2000 Doppelseiten-Batchbearbeitungsmaschine ist konzipiert für die hochpräzise Serienfertigung von Werkstücken. Dank ihres modularen Aufbaus kann die AC 2000 als Feinschleif-, Läpp-, Hon- und Poliermaschine eingesetzt werden. Wie alle Maschinen der microLine© Baureihe setzt auch die AC 2000 auf bewährte Kernkomponenten wie das hochpräzise, pneumatische Belastungssystem, die berührungslose Feinstmesssteuerung, die leistungsstarke Antriebstechnik und die PC unterstützte Maschinenführung. Die eingesetzte Software hierzu wird eigens von Peter Wolters entwickelt und ermöglicht eine vollständige menügeführte und intuitive Bedienung der Maschine. Für einen optimalen Zugang zu dem Arbeitsraum ist der gesamte obere Teil der Maschine ausschwenkbar.

Die DW292 wurde spezifisch für das Schneiden von monokristallinen Siliziumingots bis 300mm Durchmesser in hochqualitative Wafer für die Halbleiterindustrie entwickelt. Die neu entwickelte DW292-300 kann mit Slurrydraht, wie auch mit Diamantdraht betrieben werden und verfügt über ausgeklügelte Besonderheiten für die Optimierung von Warp und Welligkeit. Das längere Drahtfeld, wie auch die höhere Drahtgeschwindigkeit und Beschleunigung ermöglichen einen höheren Durchsatz pro Maschine und Jahr. Der Einsatz von extrem dünnem Draht ist dank kleinerer Trägheit beweglicher Teile, weniger Umlenkrollen und kürzerer Drahtdistanz möglich. Die DW292-300 ist aufgrund ihres kompakten und robusten Maschinengestelles aus Mineralguss sehr unempfindlich gegen Temperaturschwankungen und Vibrationen. Dank der höheren Prozessautomatisierung und des neuen intuitiven HMI mit dialogbasiertem Produktionsassistenten ist die Bedienung sicherer, einfacher und schneller.

Highly productive, manoeuvrable and ergonomic The Scrubmaster B120 R combines high area performance with extreme manoeuvrability, which makes this scrubberdrier the perfect choice when it comes to cleaning shopping centres, production halls and highlyfrequented buildings such as train stations or airports. A tank capacity of 120 litres as well as the machine’s cleaning performance of 5,800 m²/h, four different working widths available and long machine runtimes ensure fast and efficient cleaning of larger areas.

The ISOG 24 is breaking new ground here: For the first time, the airflow is directed downwards – physically convincing, as gravity goes in the same direction. Thanks to the controlled airflow, there is less fogging, which gives the operator a much better view of the grinding process. The supply air flows into the machine through a long opening at the top of the cabin. The airflows are smooth and straight, with low flow velocity. The airflow and the extraction are continuously monitored in real time and the real values are displayed in the machine data. These are compared with the minimum and maximum specifications of ISOG and displayed to the operator on the screen via a message as soon as the limit range has been reached. In addition, the exhaust air system has a fire protection flap as standard.

The DW292 is specifically designed for cutting monocrystalline silicon ingots up to 300mm diameter into high quality wafers for the semiconductor industry. The newly developed DW292-300 can be operated with slurry wire, as well as with diamond wire, and has sophisticated features for optimizing warp and ripple. The longer wire field, as well as the higher wire speed and acceleration, enable a higher throughput per machine and year. The use of extremely thin wire is possible thanks to smaller inertia of moving parts, fewer deflection rollers and shorter wire distance. The DW292-300 is highly resistant to temperature fluctuations and vibrations due to its compact and robust machine frame made of mineral casting. Thanks to higher process automation and the new intuitive HMI with dialog-based production wizard, operation is safer, easier and faster.

The MACRO-SK is a grinding machine especially designed for machining the internal contours of stators, and it sets new standards in efficiency and precision for machining the internal diameter of stators. The machine concept of the Macro-SK enables the user to grind various types of stators on the machine, e.g. Gerotor and Geroller. The machine has two spindle arms when fully equipped. During grinding, these spindle arms are lowered in a vertical direction into a stack of stators that are clamped in a fixture. The vertical grinding direction proves to be a major advantage in this regard compared to other machine concepts, because the cooling lubricant is channeled specifically into the grinding gap, thus achieving larger grinding feed values. The grinding time, and thus the entire cycle time of the process are reduced by having higher grinding feed rates.

The microCut model was specifically designed to meet the requirements of profile and creep-feed grinding applications. The modular column design offers a small footprint which can be easily configured into economical production cells frequently used in the turbine manufacturing industry. This machine is available in compact standard sizes but special designs with spindle power up to 52 kW are also available. The integration into production lines is achieved through automatic material handling and tool changers. A common solution to reduce non-productive time is to equip the microCut with an index table to allow loading and unloading during the machining cycle. For high-precision applications, dressing of the grinding wheel can be done on the table with a diamond roll dressing unit or via interpolation of feed and cross axes. For production grinding the overhead diamond roll dressing unit is used for CDCF or intermitten dressing.
