Thanks to the exchangeable tool inserts, the Multiformer is a universal machine that can be configured to handle virtually any forming task. Its roller stops allow for accurate workpiece guidance through the machine. The portable Kraftformer MKF 140 is the largest machine of the ECKOLD Mobilformer series, designed for the forming of 6.0 to 15.0 mm steel and stainless steel sheets of a thickness from 6.0 to 12.0 mm. Mobiler Kraftformer MKF 130/16 zum Behälterbördeln von Zylindern, Böden, ECKOLD® - Für schwierige und besonders anspruchsvolle Bördelaufgaben: mobile Kraftformer von Eckold. Dieses mobile Bördelwerkzeug in C-Form wird vorwiegend bei solchen Umform- und Richtarbeiten eingesetzt, wo große Kräfte erforderlich sind. Das Gerät eignet sich zum Bördeln von Zylindern, Böden oder Kegeln sowie zum Anpassen. Austauschbare Werkzeugeinsätze ermöglichen dabei einen universellen Einsatz, sie werden dem konkreten Bearbeitungsproblem genau angepasst. Rollenanschläge ermöglichen eine gute Führung und Vorschub des Werkzeuges von Hand. Der mobile Kraftformer MKF 130/16 ist einsetzbar im Blechdickenbereich von 4-10 mm Stahl und 4-8 mm Edelstahl. Die Lieferung erfolgt inklusive einem Hydraulikaggregat HA 510. Benötigte Werkzeugeinsätze sind nicht im Lieferumfang der Maschine enthalten.
