Antico Frantoio Delicato extra virgin olive oil is pleasant on the palate and has a light, delicate taste, ideal for exalting flavors without making them too heavy. It expresses aromatic notes that are typical of freshly pressed olive oils with hints of almond and fresh tomato whilst maintaining a particularly gentle, delicate background tone that is appreciated by most palates. The color is yellow-green with gold reflections.

ST30 Antares system for ledged shelves Antares ST30 is a system designed by Metalcoop for racking with shelves that consists of two Antares uprights with plastic or galvanized steel support feet and a number of cross-braces according to the height of the frame. It is an ideal solution for archiving or storing light and medium loads handled manually, which offers robustness and maximum adaptability to warehouse areas. The Antares ST30 system can also be used for multilevel systems. The standard heights of the Antares system are 1000, 1500, 2000, 2250, 2500, 2750 mm, and from 3000 to 5500 mm every 250 mm. The standard depths are 300, 350, 400, 500, 600 mm. Antares ST30 system components: • UPRIGHT: it has a rectangular, 30x45mm closed-section shape, seamed and stiffened to achieve a considerable resistance to torsion as well as flexion and compression loads. • CROSS-BRACE: interlocking with the two uprights of the frame, it is built out of a U profile with hooks at the ends. • PLASTIC FOOT AND STEEL FOOT: the first one is installed as a standard element while the second one is used for higher load capacities. • ANTARES HOOK: specially designed to allow easy insertion into the frames ensuring the load capacity of the shelf and contributing to the stability of the shelving itself. • VEGA SHELF: it is obtained by press forming a single, polished DC01 steel sheet with 0.5 mm thickness for shelves with depths 300, 350 and 400 mm, and 0.6 mm thickness for shelves 500, 600, 700 and 800 mm deep. These shelves are boltless, i.e. they are assembled completely interlocking without screws. • SPINE BRACING: it is of fundamental importance for the longitudinal stability of the shelving. The bracing is built of steel wires, each with its own tension screw to adjust the pull, secured to the uprights by suitable steel plates. • BACK-TO-BACK TIE: it is an important device affecting structure stability. It is made of two flanged plates built of zinc-coated steel plate 1.5 mm thick. Multilevel systems, Metalcoop reliable solutions Multilevel systems allow dividing storage on multiple load levels for archiving and warehousing of light and medium loads. They consist of braced frames, floors of different sizes and pedestrian walkways for guaranteeing the access to the different levels. The continuous drilling of the upright allows extreme versatility in the choice of the heights of the walkways, and then the wide range of accessories makes this product adaptable to all the specific needs of the various types of storage. Metalcoop manufactures the ST60 upright multi-level systems characterized by the ST60 frame consisting of two closed uprights, two galvanized feet and a number of cross-braces and diagonal braces depending on the height of the frame. The standard depths are 400, 500, 600 mm, with heights from 2000 to 9000 mm with a punching every 500mm. ST60 system components: • Upright 60x50 mm rectangular closed-section shape, seamed on the back along the full height and stiffened with right angle arises. • Cross-braces and diagonal bracing have a thickness of 1.0mm and are manufactured with holes for connection to the uprights. The profile is a Metalcoop exclusive, with the drilled area strengthened by no less than five packed folds. • Galvanized foot made from 3 mm galvanized sheet with an automatic machine. • Anti-seismic foot made with S235 steel and painted. It consists of an 8 mm thick perforated base plate and a “sock” shape reinforcement for connection to the upright. • Vega shelf: built by a dedicated, fully automated line.
