Les espaceurs en aluminium sont fabriqués pour les applications "cut & plug", avec des connecteurs d'angle en plastique et pour le cintrage à la machine avec des connecteurs droits métalliques. L'épaisseur des matériaux en aluminium varie de 0,18 mm pour une conductivité thermique plus faible et un meilleur rapport coût-efficacité à 0,35 mm pour une meilleure pliabilité et une plus grande résistance. Les longueurs standard des espaceurs en aluminium sont de 3 m, 5 m et 6 m. D'autres longueurs sont disponibles en option sur demande. Le nom, la date et l'impression sont disponibles. En outre, si nécessaire, NEDEX peut produire des espaceurs colorés dans de nombreuses couleurs en utilisant la technologie du revêtement par poudre.

Nedex Kimya, l'une des sociétés du groupe NEDEX, dispose d'une large gamme de produits d'intercalaires pour verre isolant (barres d'intercalaires en aluminium et intercalaires en plastique pour bords chauds). Nedex a une capacité de plus de 100 millions de mètres d'intercalaires en aluminium et de 60 millions de mètres d'intercalaires en plastique pour bords chauds par an sur le site de production d'Eskişehir/Turquie. NEDEX produit des entretoises en aluminium à Eskisehir/Turquie depuis 2010. La production d'entretoises à bord chaud a commencé en 2014. NEDEX produit également des clés d'angle pour ses barres d'écartement et recommande de les utiliser ensemble.
