EnDOtec SafeHard 700 Gas-protected cored wire with metal powder filling, ideal for series production or for maintenance and repair applications where maximum precision, efficiency and productivity are required. This unique new alloy is free of chromium and nickel. In addition to complex tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium and niobium carbides, the alloy also contains boride hard phases. It can form a fine-grained structure. As a result, this alloy has an exceptional combination of impact and abrasion resistance and retains its mechanical-technological properties even at high temperatures (57 HRC at 600 °C; 41 HRC at 700 °C).
