With its intense, one-of-a-kind flavour, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese embodies the history and tradition of its region. We make it with great passion and attention to detail on the beautiful Reggio Emilia hillside. Our two cheese factories, the Colline di Selvapiana e Canossa cheese factory (registered under number 417) and the Colline del Cigarello e Canossa cheese factory (registered under number 320), are the heart and soul of our production, where we follow traditional methods to guarantee product quality and authenticity. We also offer a special selection of mountain Parmigiano Reggiano, organic Parmigiano Reggiano and Parmigiano Reggiano only from Italian Pezzata Rossa cows, further adding to our range.

An accurate selection of high quality coffees from Central and South America, India and Africa roasted to perfection yields the De Roccis CREMOSO espresso. An extraordinary mild and smooth blend with a strong and yet delicate finish.
