Durch die immer kürzer werdenden Entwicklungszeiten und die Individualisierung von Produkten ist der Bedarf an seriennahen Prototypen sowie Kleinserien stetig gewachsen. Hier schafft das Rapid Tooling Verfahren den Brückenschlag zwischen den generativen Prototyping Verfahren und dem Serienwerkzeug. Im Gegensatz zu den Rapid Prototyping Verfahren erhält man durch das Rapid Tooling Verfahren seriennahe Spritzgussteile aus Originalwerkstoffen. Die so hergestellten Teile sind nicht von Serienbauteilen aus Stahlformen zu unterscheiden und entsprechen sowohl optisch als auch mechanisch den späteren Serienteilen. Mit Hilfe des Rapid Tooling Verfahrens und unserem modularen memoplast Stammformsystem vereinen wir Präzision, Flexibilität und Geschwindigkeit.
