Imprimare prin Serigrafie

Cette méthode d' impression par le passage de l'encre au travers d'une trame en polyester tendue sur un cadre (SCREEN) est très ancienne (voir vidéo ci dessous) Rattrapée par les technologies numériques, la sérigraphie UV ou thermique reste cependant une solution réaliste qualitative pour de nombreuses productions qui ne peuvent être imprimées d'une autre façon. Avec un "process" impliquant des frais fixes de mise en route, la sérigraphie ne convient pas pour des petites séries. L'avantage est un rendu "couleurs" profond et une bonne résistance dans le temps. Vos autocollants peuvent être coupés à la forme souhaitée et vos productions plexi peuvent coupées au laser pour une finition des chants. En guise de finition, les autocollants peuvent être "dômés", c'est-à-dire recouverts d'une résine caoutchoutée de protection (voir vidéo ci-dessous). La sérigraphie permet également l'impression de vernis UV haute brillance avec repérage ou non comme finition des documents
