RUM FAROL is a traditional molasses-based distillate, matured in ex-Porto Tawny barrels. To the eye it appears amber-coloured, light copper. The nose is surprised by a sweet scent of cherry, the fruity and persistent hints are reminiscent of Port wine. The taste reveals a smoky and woody aroma, at first dry becoming caressing. RUM FAROL is an excellent artisanal Rum with a versatile character, perfect for tasting and lending itself to the mixing of sophisticated drinks.
