Recognised nationally, it equips employees, volunteers and members of community groups to become mental health advocates, fostering open conversations about mental health in the workplace. Develop strategies to promote a supportive workplace environment. First Aid at Work Our Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification delivered by National Wellbeing. It is ideal for those designated as workplace first aiders. It's also a valuable asset for volunteers and individuals in the community who may need to treat medical conditions such as asthma, allergic reactions, fractures and much more. Ofqual Regulated Qualification By law, workplaces must prioritise employee wellbeing. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to have a plan for immediate care of injured or sick staff. This includes appointing enough trained first-aiders. National Wellbeing’s QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) equips individuals to act as qualified first-aiders. This regulated, nationally recognized qualification is ideal for workplace designees and volunteers in community settings. This course can be completed by an instructor attending your workplace/venue for three days in person. Alternatively, completion can be six hours of easy-to-use online learning at your own pace and two days in person – please see Blended Learning for more details.
