The main Technical Features of the Rapid Sanitary series stainless steel electric pump The Rapid Series sanitary electric pump is characterised by a robust and advanced design. The AISI 316L stainless steel pump body, obtained from solid bar, guarantees perfectly smooth and compact surfaces without porosity. The flexible elastomer impeller contributes to the versatility of the pumps, which can successfully handle products of different consistencies. Equipped with high self-priming power, it does not need to fill the suction hose the first time it is used, and thanks to its reversibility it can reverse direction for maximum flexibility in transfer operations. Easy disassembly allows for quick and frequent maintenance, contributing to the pumps' durability and efficiency. Sanitary patent for Food, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Sectors We have patented the SANITARY execution of Rapid series Electric Pumps, meeting the specific needs of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. This execution eliminates any parts that could cause product stagnation and potential sources of contamination. The internal body of the Pump is a perfectly smooth single body, made from solid bar by turning and milling, allowing CIP (clean in place) flushing. The impeller and seals made of white silicone or black FDA Neoprene are certified for use in contact with foodstuffs, according to FDA regulations, EEC Directive 89/109 and EC Regulation 1935/2004. The ‘RAPID SANITARIA’ series includes models with flow rates from 240 to 24,000 litre/hour, up to 3 Atm. of head pressure. Standard couplings are with hose nozzles, but can be customised with couplings such as TRI-CLAMP, DIN, GAS, FLANGE ATTACHMENTS. A motor protection cover in AISI 316L stainless steel is available on request.

An anti-dust chemical/mechanical revitalising hardener for concrete flooring and screeds, consisting of an aqueous solution of mineral silicates and fluosilicates, activated by specific wetting agents. It is applied in several coats of decreasing dilution in water, with a brush or mechanical “scrubber”. Specific anti-dust treatments for industrial flooring or concrete slabs that have lost their original “vitality”. It reacts with the calcium compounds, soluble and unstable, present in of concrete products, transforming them into new stable, insoluble and resistant compounds. Consequent increases in resistance to wear and tear of the order of 200% -400%, significant increases in chemical stability, resistance to freeze-thaw cycles etc. Reactive impregnations for stabilising chemical and mechanical structures and concrete products. Hardening, anti-dust, anti abrasive and anti-corrosion treatments for concrete floorings. Adjustment of the chemical and mechanical performance of products for the industrial, rural and livestock construction (on horizontal surfaces). Apply, preferably with a brush or with "washer dryer" machine on the basis of the following indications: - Porous surfaces: repeated applications of a solution of water and QL Fluosil at a ratio in 1:1 - Compact surfaces: apply three coats, with decreasing dilution with water. 1a coat 1:3, 2a coat 1:2, 3a coat 1:1. The consumption of QL Fluosil will be proportional to the absorption of the floor to be treated. Indicatively a porous surface will consume about 400 g/m², while a surface with normal porosity will consume 250-300 g/m². Leave the product to dry between one coat and the next and then, after the last coat, wash with copious amounts of water. Protect glass and aluminium surfaces during application. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface".

“FARMINOX” plate Filters work with filter paper of different porosity, depending on the degree of filtration desired. Stainless steel plate filters We have designed and manufactured stainless steel plate Filters to meet the specific needs of industries and workshops that require high filtration performance, hygiene and certification of materials in contact with the product. Stainless steel plate Filters are intended for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. “FARMINOX” steel filters “Farminox” plate filters are suitable for roughing, polishing or fine clarifying processes that usually precede the packaging of a variety of liquid products, including: beverages, oil, spirits, perfumes, colognes, aftershaves, hair lotions, food and pharmaceutical syrups, essences and food supplements. Made of AISI 316L stainless steel, Farminox filters work with filter cartridges of different porosity, depending on the degree of filtration desired. They are easily and completely disassembled for easy cleaning. Thanks to the round shape of the plates, which allows direct sealing of the filter board, no gaskets are fitted, eliminating the risk of bacterial contamination. “LABINOX” steel filters The 'LABINOX' series was developed to meet the needs of niche producers in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics fields, who have valuable production in limited quantities or pilot production prior to production in industrial quantities. "LABINOX" in this sense, is intended for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, herbal and food laboratories that require high quality filtration on small quantities of product; this is the case for perfumes, liqueurs, wine, medicinal infusions and laboratory tests. The 'LABINOX' series retains the same construction features as the 'Farminox' plate filters, compared to which it reduces its dimensions. It is to all intents and purposes an economical solution for high quality filtering, because it works with the filter card and because its small size, exactly proportioned to the quantity to be filtered, avoids unnecessary waste. Made entirely of stainless steel, Labinox are also easily removable, washable and have no gaskets, as the plates have a characteristic round shape. The 'LABINOX' filter system is supplied with a pressure gauge, electric pump and stainless steel tap or by-pass. The series is available in two different models, L/10 and L/20, with 10 and 20 filter baffles respectively, for a maximum hourly output of 200/400 litres (water reference), a filter surface area of approx. 0.13-0.26 and a weight of Kg. 16 and 26.
