Basically, a containerised bitumen tank of 30 tons is a portable storage unit designed for the safe storage and conveyance of bitumen. This tank has been engineered in a strong, durable container structure that allows for mobility. This will easily be moved or relocated to where it is needed. With this compact design, it finds ideal applications in situations that require temporary or mobile bitumen storage, hence offering a very pragmatic solution in industrial environments. These tanks come in handy where flexibility is required in projects, since they can be availed directly at construction sites or other remote locations. Housed in a secure container, the units contain all the components required for the storage and transport of bitumen, offering ease and efficiency of bitumen needs on-site management.

Nos abris techniques sont fabriqués sur mesure selon les normes de construction DTU. Chaque module technique offre des capacités dimensionnelles allant jusqu'à 15 m de longueur, 4 m de largeur et 4 m de hauteur. Cela facilite le transport par route ou par mer. Les abris sont équipés d'un système de prise avec anneau de levage pour permettre le déplacement à l'aide d'une grue. Leurs structures autoportantes sont toutes réalisées avec des profils en acier galvanisé, ce qui permet d'atteindre un haut niveau de résistance à la corrosion et assure la stabilité du bâtiment. La résistance des bâtiments est calculée et étudiée en interne par notre bureau d'études. Ensuite, les notes de calcul sont soumises à un organisme externe pour vérification et pour se conformer également aux normes de construction telles que les Eurocodes, CM66, etc. Aménagement extérieur ? Les murs extérieurs sont en acier, en aluminium ou en acier inoxydable selon les conditions (environnement agressif ou salin). Le bâtiment peut également accueillir un revêtement spécifique tel que du bois ou du plâtre, selon vos souhaits architecturaux ou les exigences imposées par les Bâtiments de France. Nous étudions et structurons selon les normes les plus basiques jusqu'à la norme RT 2012. Nous pouvons également mettre en œuvre des équipements tels que : un auvent d'accès, un toit, une ligne de vie, une plateforme et une rampe d'accès, et une crinoline d'accès au toit. The containerized power and control cabin is suitable for installation in multiple production and industrial plants, both temporary and permanent. The CT-PC power and control cabin: • contains electrical command and control panels; • is made with a stand-alone structure; • has dimensions in accordance with ISO standards or made to measure; • is made according to customer specifications. The containerized power and control cabins are complete with all safety equipment and they are designed to provide a turnkey and ready-to-use solution. Standards, certifications and safety According to specific needs, the CT-PC cabins can be equipped with: – permanent CSC certificate for international transport; – certified for ABS / RINA marine applications; – special certifications relating to fire resistance and mechanical structure (on request); – specific certifications of technological equipment. The panels installed inside comply with the IEC International standards. Constructive features of CT-PC power and control cabins The CT-PC cabin in its standard version is made with a self-supporting structure useful for handling and lifting; the roof and walls are insulated with fire-retardant thermal insulation material. The accesses are by means of hatches or doors with 1 or 2 knockers, one of which with a panic bar. The ventilation of the switchboard compartment is natural but, if necessary, based on the operating and environmental conditions outside, a forced ventilation system or a closed-cycle air conditioning system could be installed inside the cabin. Electrical features of containerized power and control CT-PC The CT-PC power and control cabin can usually contain: – control panels for electric and pneumatic motors and actuators; – the PLC control panel (Programmable Logic Controller) for interfacing with the electrical and electro-instrumental users constituting the industrial plant; – the HMI operator interface consisting of a graphic operator Panel. The standard equipment and accessories are those required by the IEC standards for low voltage switchboards. Modularity and customization – The modularity allows to carry out modifications or extensions even if the substation is already in use. – All electrical and electro-instrumental equipment are already interconnected and tested in the factory, ready for use. – Customization of dimensions, internal layout and required accessories, including air conditioning and fire prevention system. – The CT-PC power and control cabin is adaptable to local electrical regulations according to customer specifications.
