Bu mürekkep malzeme yüzeyinde ıslak durumda iken hemen UV ışığına maruz kalır. UV ışığı mürekkebi anında kuruttuğundan, mürekkebin sızma veya yayılma şansı yoktur. Im Gegensatz zu den Rapid Prototyping Verfahren erhält man durch das Rapid Tooling Verfahren seriennahe Spritzgussteile aus Originalwerkstoffen. Die so hergestellten Teile sind nicht von Serienbauteilen aus Stahlformen zu unterscheiden und entsprechen sowohl optisch als auch mechanisch den späteren Serienteilen. Mit Hilfe des Rapid Tooling Verfahrens und unserem modularen memoplast Stammformsystem vereinen wir Präzision, Flexibilität und Geschwindigkeit.
