Sanastark Reactive solution of mineral silicates, capable of forming binding and stabilizing compounds for hardening and consolidating treatments by reaction with hydrated calcium salts and moisture present in masonry, plaster, stone and concrete. Indicated in the preliminary treatments to the subsequent plastering or smoothing operations, of plasters and powdery mortars and wall casings in general, in green building interventions and in the restoration of period and monumental buildings. Sanastark is a solution based on mineral silicates, demineralised water and natural dispersant. It does not contains traces of resins, solvents or thinners. The application of Sanastark does not affect the original wall breathability. Cortical reinforcement and elimination of pulverisation of mortars, plasters and masonry jointing. Also suitable as a natural fixative before applying lime putty- or potassium silicate-based plasters and paints. Remove the soilings and saline manifestations by vigorous brushing. Syntech Profix A two-component paste with a polyester resin base for the rapid realisation of structural fasteners and anchors for inserts and connectors in general. This quick-setting resin (which hardens in just 6 minutes at 20° C) facilitates the use of metal inserts a mere 2.5 hours from installation. Syntech Profix is a system that is easy and quick to use that provides high performance in terms of penetration, adherence and mechanical resistance. In particular, in concrete, natural stone, full and hollow brick works etc., the resin Syntech Profix, permeates the porous systems that delimit the perforation, allows the achievement of very high admissible loads, adjustable and scalable through variations of the fastening element, the anchor depth and so on. Syntech Profix is packaged in a two-compartment cartridge, whose special tip mixes the two components directly during extrusion, activating the polymerisation reaction instantly. Fixing of connectors, bars, plates, metallic structures, fencing, shutters, gates, shelves, reinforcing rods etc., in different types of media, with particular effectiveness in the presence of concrete, natural stone, bricks, drilled (through the perfo sleeves) etc. The application surfaces should be clean, free of incrustations, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust etc. The following accessories are provided for easy use of the cartridges Syntech Profix: - Gun for resins in a cartridge with rack-and-pinion piston. - Perfo sleeves (only for hollow masonry and perforated blocks) - Spout mixer for two-compartment cartridges (mixing tip) Extrude Syntech Profix in the required quantity in the fastening seat. Attach the metal insert to be anchored within a few seconds after the extrusion. Do not touch the insert for any reason until the ascertained hardening of the resin. Mineral-based, active formulation, high natural anti-mildew and anti-condensation capacity, prepared according to the traditional recipes, for use in ecological building interventions and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. Product based on lime putty and natural pigments. Sanafarbe P has a high breathability, remarkable mildewcide and antibacterial properties. It has no solvents, thinners, harmful substances in general. Decorative and internal and external restoration paint. The application supports will be free from fouling, powder, non-adhering parts, etc.; existing paints (washable, organic, solvent based etc.) must be removed. A preliminary fixative treatment of the surfaces is always advisable with a consolidating, transparent, Sanaxil Fix primer, based on potassium silicate. The application of Sanaxil Fix can be done by brush, roller or spray: the number of hands required and the dilution ratio with the most suitable water must be determined according to the conditions and absorption degradation of the supports. The admissible dilution range provides for water addition up to a maximum of 1:1 ratio. Apply by brush, roller, spray, in two coats, spaced-apart, one from the other, by about 24 hours. It allows the easy reproduction of traditional finish type: sponging, rubbing, marbling, infilling. Sanafarbe P is dry to the touch after 2 hours, it can be overcoated after 4 hours, while it will be dry in-depth after 8-16 hours. Sanastof Bianco Premixed mineral composition based on natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, microsilic with pozzolanic activity, selected aggregates, high tenacity microfibers, light heat-insulating aggregates with low modulus of elasticity. It is used for smoothing and smoothing, both indoors and outdoors. It is perfectly compatible with multiple substrates: lime-based plasters, lime-cement, cement mortars, concretes, porous stone, bricks. Its characteristics make it particularly suitable for green building works and for the restoration of period and monumental buildings. The maximum grain size of the aggregate is 0.9 mm. Sanastof Bianco is a product based on natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, kaolin, marble dust, selected siliceous aggregates and light aggregates with a low modulus of elasticity, dimensionally stable. It is a natural product with high intrinsic breathability, without any trace of resins, solvents, diluents and radio-emissive aggregates. The product contains high tenacity microfibers which give great volumetric stability. The special rounded hollow aggregates, dimensionally stable, bring special qualities of thermal insulation, filtering of potentially harmful soluble salts and reduction of the elastic modulus to the shaving. The granulometric curve, the fineness of the binders and some rheological additives of natural origin, make the product particularly smooth during the drafting phase, even when laid on supports with rough or difficult surfaces. The calibrated physical-mechanical characteristics guarantee perfect compatibility on different types of substrates, especially on traditional plasters and mortars. The microsilic content with pozzolanic activity makes smoothing and smoothing performed with Sanastof Bianco highly durable, even in aggressive exposure environments. Quick and easy application on various substrates, such as: transpiring smoothing of wall casings; smoothing on modular wood fiber or calcium silicate coats; regularization of plastered surfaces; leveling of concrete surfaces; regularization and smoothing of repairs carried out with cement mortars; application to mainly thin thicknesses (from 1 to 4 mm) with simultaneous leveling of recesses, imperfections etc. In particularly severe operating conditions it is advisable to interpose, between the first and second coat, the alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh Armaglass 160 (the mesh must be partially drowned on the first still fresh coat of Sanastof Bianco). The breathability, combined with the other physico-chemical characteristics of the product, make the smoothing made with Sanastof an ideal support to accommodate any kind of paint and in particular mineral paints based on potassium silicate or slaked lime. Sanastof is the transpiring smoothing, with a low modulus of elasticity, recommended in all our dehumidifying systems made with the products: Sanatigh, Caleosana, Sanawarme, Unisan, Intosana. The application surfaces must be clean, free from dirt, crumbly and incoherent parts, dust, etc. Smooth substrates must be roughened (roughness> = 1mm). In the event that the support, after cleaning and roughening, is still dusty and crumbly, remove the totally incoherent parts dry with a spatula-brush, or assisting the removal operation with hydro-washing, then consolidate the support by impregnation with aqueous emulsion Protech Fix AC applied in two abundant coats, the second coat immediately before applying Sanastof Bianco with the "fresh on fresh" technique (the consumption of Protech Fix AC for this priming operation is between 120 and 250 gr / m2). Adequately wet the substrate with water before application, anticipating and repeating this operation several times in the case of very porous and absorbent substrates or in hot and arid climates. Approximately 1,3 kg/m² of Sanastof Bianco for each millimetre of thickness to be implemented (on average 3 - 3,5 kg per square metre). Bag 25 kg

Sanareg Non-film reactive liquid based on an alkylsilane emulsion dissolved in water to be used for the inhibition of saline efflorescence in the dehumidifying restoration of masonry, by spraying or applying with a brush with rigid bristles. Sanareg penetrates into the capillary pores of mineral substrates and reacts with the hydroxyl groups encountered in its path, forming an invisible water-repellent barrier that does not allow water to escape to the surface, leaving the transpiration to water vapor unaltered. Sanareg is an alkylsilane water emulsion, non-hazardous, non-toxic and VOC-free. The application of Sanareg does not alter the original wall breathability. Particularly indicated in combination with the cycle of natural dehumidifying plasters Untersana, Sanatigh and Sanastof. This also applies to Untersana, Caleosana and Sanastof. Unisan A composite mortar that is fibre-reinforced, consolidating, dehumidifying, grey in colour and utilised for the structural restoration of crumbling old or monumental masonry. It contains no substances that are potentially harmful to masonry and is composed of NHL 3.5 natural hydraulic lime and hydraulic binders free from soluble salts, along with silicas with pozzolanic activity, selected siliceous-calcareous aggregates, specific shrinkage-reducing agents and resistant alkaline READYMESH fibres that confer high flex-traction whilst increasing the performance of the mortar’s fracture energy. In conjunction with ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA fibreglass mesh, it is ideal for the structural restoration of old walls or crumbling constructions. Construction of plasters and reinforced slabs in interventions of restoration, construction of plaster and dehumidifying coatings with high performance, bedding of bricks and modular elements. The surfaces should be clean and free of any soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition of "saturated dry surface". In the case of structural reinforcing slabs, you will need to proceed with applying an appropriate reinforcing electrowelded mesh, to be fixed with PROFIX, Grout Micro-J, Repar Tix G2 or Syntech IC 55. Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, add Unisan and the remaining water; continue to mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixing water should be about 12-14% of the weight of the bag. After mixing is completed wait a few minutes before applying. Apply the product by plastering trowel and brick trowel, or preferably with plastering machine (type PFT model G4). Do not apply in case of direct exposure to sunlight or excessive ventilation. Cure the protection and the prolonged moist hardening, of exposed surfaces. Deterg-A Concentrated solution of buffered acids, anionic and non-ionic surfactants with high biodegradability, for deep cleaning of substrates from various kinds of encrustations (lime, gypsum, calcareous concretions, saltpetre). To be applied after diluting with clean water according to the proportions indicated in the technical data sheet. The product attacks carbonate minerals, therefore pay particular attention to surfaces in marble, limestone, floors and lead polished stones, carrying out appropriate preventive assessments. Protect metal surfaces. Operations of saline removal and stabilisation, removal of deposits of lime, gypsum, saltpetre, mosses; deep cleaning of leakages and media in general. Particularly suitable as a detergent in waterproofing interventions with Protech Balcony. Dilute the product in water based on the nature and size of the incrustation and/or of salt fouling to be removed. Spread the solution with a spray or brush, or even by pouring directly on the fouling to be removed. Leave on for a few minutes. Wash the foam produced by the acid reaction with copious amounts of water . Deterg-A can be used in various dilution ratios: from pure (undiluted) up to one part of product in 10 parts of water. In preparation of the supports to be waterproofed with Protech Balcony, consider diluting the product 1:4, for a consumption of 400 g/m² of solution. In this case, the consumption of Deterg-A is about 1 litre of product to dilute per 10 sqm of tiled surface to be waterproofed. Do not apply on marble surfaces, terracotta, natural stone, polished lead floors and galvanised surfaces. It is a corrosive product, pay attention to the security fact sheet. Always wear gloves when handling. From 0.10 to 1.00 kg of Deterg-A per square metre of surface to be treated, based on the type of material and the porosity of the support.
