RB-KAIROS+ is a mobile manipulator designed for the plug&play integration of Universal Robots e-Series arms. Its software and hardware are fully prepared to mount the arm OEM DC e-series and thus turn the robotic arm into an autonomous mobile manipulator. This allows unlimited expansion of the cobot workspace and an excellent way to improve the productivity of any factory. It is extremely useful for industrial applications such as pick and place, part feeding, metrology, quality control, operations on large parts or packaging, cleaning, polishing, screwing, drilling, etc.In addition, RB-KAIROS+ has been designed to be a collaborative mobile manipulator able to work in industrial environments. Thanks to its safety laser scanners (optional), the robot can safely share the workspace with the operators. RB-KAIROS+ has a robust steel design and can carry up to 250 Kg. The mobile platform has omnidirectional kinematics based on 4 high-power drive wheels. RB-KAIROS+ is a UR+ certified.

It has a robust steel design and the dolly has omnidirectional kinematics based on 4 high power drive wheels. Thanks to the safety lasers, the RB-ROBOUT is an autonomous and collaborative robot able to share the working space with the operators in an intelligent way by detecting obstacles, searching for alternative routes and optimising trajectories. The robot is capable of operating with different types of localization: SLAM (map-based navigation) or philoguided (for very high precision requirements), and is able to use different modes in the same installation. All Robotnik robots are modular and their architecture is based on ROS.

The autonomous XL-GEN can be configured in different ways: without arm, ready to integrate an arm from Kinova or with 7 or 6 DOF arm with the option to integrate a 2 or 3 finger gripper. Due to the low power consumption of the arm, this mobile platform has an autonomy of up to 10 hours. Furthermore, XL-GEN, that uses open architecture and modular control ROS, can mount different sensors as lasers and cameras, among others. The robot has two possible kinematic configurations. The omnidirectional configuration mounts mecanum wheels on an independent suspension system. The mecanum wheels can be easily replaced by conventional wheels (rim mount), thus allowing easy switch from the indoor omnidirectional configuration to the versatile skid-steering configuration, both indoors and outdoors. XL-GEN has been designed for several research applications in fields like inspection, medicine, logistics or remote monitoring.

The RB-THERON mobile robot is designed for the autonomous transport of indoor environments such as factories or warehouses, where the transport of loads is one of the most demanded operations. Payload capacity of 200Kg, an improved traction system and lasers and a safety PLC that allow it to work safely in industrial environments where people are around. It also can have customized applications such as people tracking or intelligent functions such as voice control. The robot is able to detect obstacles in two different ways: RGBD sensor and a laser that is used for navigation and localization. In both cases, the robot can stop or look for an alternative route to avoid the obstacle and reach the next waypoint. The embedded software consists of a control system, a localization system (laser-based) and a navigation system, as well as an HMI user interface. All Robotnik robots are fully customizable and based on ROS.

SUMMIT-XL is a highly versatile Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) capable of carrying loads of up to 65 Kg. The mobile robot can navigate autonomously or be teleoperated by means of a Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera that transmits video in real time. The platform allows two types of configurations: with mecanum wheels or with rubber wheels. The former are recommended for indoor places while the latter are appropriate for outdoor environments. This makes the robot an agile and highly mobile vehicle. The common sensor options include a Hokuyo laser scanner and a range of RTK-DGPS kits . Likewise, it has internal and external connectivity to easily connect all kinds of components. SUMMIT-XL uses the ROS open architecture.

The mobile platform has omnidirectional kinematics based on 4 high-power mechanum drive wheels. Each wheel integrates a brushless motor with a high precision odometer sensor. The robot base can navigate autonomously or teleoperated by means of a PTZ camera that transmits video in real time. SUMMIT-XL STEEL can be configured with a wide range of sensors. It also has internal (USB, RS232 and GPIO) and external connectivity (USB, RJ45, power supplies 5, 12 VDC and battery) to add custom components easily. SUMMIT-XL STEEL uses the ROS open architecture.

In this sense, RB-VOGUI is suitable for logistics tasks in warehouses or pick & transport & place applications. The robot traction uses steerable motorwheels, thus allowing different kinematic configurations: single/dual Ackermann or omnidrive crawling. The control architecture is open-source and modular, based on ROS.

The RB-1 BASE mobile robot is a robotic platform designed for indoor applications. It can transport different loads or materials up to 50 kg of payload and can integrate other components or platforms, such as a robotic arm or a torso. The robot is able to detect obstacles in two different ways, by the installed RGBD sensor and by the laser sensor used for navigation and positioning. In both cases, the robot can stop or find an alternative route to avoid the obstacle and reach the next waypoint. The software includes a control system, a laser-based tracking system, a navigation system and a (basic) HMI user interface. The tracking and navigation components are standard packages that are configured to suit the application. The low-level control system software is supplied with the platform. As all Robotnik robots, the RB-1 BASE is fully customisable and based on native ROS.
