Partially fat-free peanut flour, a healthy dietary product, is a rich source of vegetable fiber, protein, zinc, phosphorus and vitamin B complex. It does not contain gluten.
Being rich in essential amino acids, peanut flour is not inferior to most varieties of meat, chicken eggs and milk cream in terms of its nutritional and energy value. Peanut flour is rich in vitamins A, E and D, iodine, phosphorus, calcium and zinc that are necessary for the full development of a growing child's body; it is not inferior to the most types of meat, chicken eggs and milk toppings. Peanut flour has been recently used in the diet of baby food with an increasing frequency.
